Technical requirements
JB5331-91
4.1 Materials
The copper round wire used for the wrapped wire shall meet the requirements of the TR round wire specified in GB3953. The surface of the copper wire shall be clean and smooth, and shall not have burrs, scratches, oxide layers or oil stains.
4.1.2 The insulation of the wrapped wire shall be made of polyimide-fluorine 46 composite film, and its performance shall meet the requirements of Appendix A of this standard. 4.2 Conductors
The conductor of the wrapped wire shall meet the requirements of GB6108. The nominal diameter and limit deviation of the wrapped wire conductor shall meet the requirements of Table 2. 4.2.2

Note: For the wrapped wire conductor with a diameter not specified in the table produced by the manufacturer and the user in agreement, the deviation value is 1% of the nominal diameter. Insulation
Film wrapping and appearance
The inner layer of the insulation layer of the wrapped wire should be double-sided composite film (referred to as FHF film), and the outermost layer should be single-sided composite film (referred to as HF film) or FHF film. The wrapping should be tight and uniform, and wrinkles and faults are not allowed. The wrapping direction of each layer is the same, and the overlap should not overlap. The wrapped wire needs to be spun at high temperature to make the wrapped layer bonded as a whole. The surface of the insulation layer should be smooth, and there should be no defects such as blistering, delamination and film warping. 2
4.3.2 Insulation thickness
JB/T5331-1991
The nominal insulation thickness and limit deviation of the wrapped wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. The local insulation thickness at the film joint is allowed to increase by 0.10mm. Qiu

4.3.3 Maximum outer diameter
Nominal insulation thickness
Limit deviation
The maximum outer diameter of the wrapped wire shall not exceed the sum of the maximum outer diameter of the conductor and the maximum insulation thickness. When the maximum outer diameter meets the requirements, the insulation thickness is allowed to exceed the value specified in Table 3.
The maximum outer diameter of the wrapped wire for the insulation core of the submersible pump cable shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user. Resistance
The DC resistance of the conductor of the wrapped wire at 20℃ shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Elongation
The elongation at break of the wrapped wire shall not be less than the value specified in Table 4. Table
