Test methods and inspection rules 6.1 Test items 6.1.1 Strength test The pressure-bearing parts on the manifold shall be subjected to hydraulic strength test one by one. Test pressure value: When the maximum working pressure is 21 and 35MPa, the strength test pressure value is 42 and 70MPa respectively; when the maximum working pressure is 70MPa, the strength test pressure value is 105MPa. 6.1.2 Sealing test The whole machine and gate valve shall be subjected to sealing test before assembly.
