After taking out the sample, quickly break it in the hydraulic strength testing machine 1. The time from taking out the sample to the completion of the measurement should not exceed 15s. The measured value multiplied by 2 is the measured hot tensile strength of the sample. A3 Gas Emission
A3.1 Instrument
SFI, type recording gas emission measuring instrument: balance (sensitivity 0.001g); porcelain boat. A3.2 Test method
First, measure the gas emission Heat the instrument to 850°C and keep the temperature constant. Then weigh 10.001g of sand ground from several parts of the film sand strength sample and place it in a porcelain boat (before use, the porcelain boat needs to be burned at 1000°C for 30 minutes and then placed in a dryer to cool to room temperature). Send the porcelain boat containing the film sand sample to the red-hot part of the quartz tube of the gas emission meter, and quickly seal the tube mouth with a cold iron. At the same time, the recording part of the gas emission meter starts to work and record the gas emission of the tested sample. After 3m inThe gas emission of the sample can be read directly from the recording paper. A4 Flowability
A4.1 Instrument
$6mm standard flow cup.
A4.2 Test method
Measurement is carried out by timing method. Take a 6mm standard flow cup and make the bottom hole of it cold by hand. Then fill it with coated sand and level it. Remove your finger and start timing with a stopwatch at the same time. The time until the sand flows out is the measured value of the flowability of the sand. The unit is seconds. 5.40
