HG/T 2467.7-1996 Specification for the preparation of pesticide soluble concentrate product standards
Some standard content:
HG/T 2467.7—1996
HG/T2467--93 "Specifications for the Preparation of Pesticide Product Standards" industry standard is based on the original national and industry standards for pesticides, absorbs the common points and advantages of international pesticide standards and foreign advanced standards, and is formulated in accordance with the writing requirements of GB1.1-87 "Guidelines for Standardization Work". In 1993, according to Part 3 of the IEC/ISO Guidelines "Rules for the Drafting and Expression of International Standards", GB1.1-87 was revised, and it was required to implement GB/T1.1-1993 from 1995. Therefore, HG/T2467-93, which was compiled in accordance with GB1.1-87, should also be revised in a timely manner to meet the needs of compiling newly formulated and revised national standards, industry standards, local standards and enterprise standards for pesticide products. The main points of this standard revision are as follows:
1. Added the preface and determined the main contents of the preface; 2. The title of Chapter 1 "Subject Content and Scope of Application" was changed to "Scope"; 3. A prescribed introduction was added before the reference standard; 4. The product classification chapter was cancelled;
5. The title of Chapter 3 "Technical Requirements" was changed to "Requirements"; 6. The inspection rules chapter was cancelled, and the sampling method of the chapter was changed to "Sampling", which was placed at the beginning of the test method chapter as one of the items. Considering that most pesticide product standards are mandatory, the inspection and acceptance rules of the products are still retained and placed at the end of the test method chapter as one of the items; 7. The title of the original Chapter 7 "Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Storage" was changed to "Marking, Labeling, Packaging, Storage and Transportation", which is the 5th chapter of the revised version; 8. Some parts of the original standard were also modified and supplemented. For example, it was clarified that the rounded value comparison method is used for the treatment of limit values. This standard replaces HG/T2467-93 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Qingdao Pesticide Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Hou Yukai, Wang Xuecheng, Zhao Xinxin, Yang Jian, Lou Shaowei. 279

Test method
4.1 Sampling
Carry out in accordance with the "sampling of emulsion and liquid state" method in GB/T1605. Use the random number table method to determine the packages to be sampled; the final sampling volume should generally be no less than 250mL.
4.2 Identification test

Write in accordance with the same determination method format in this standard. 4.4... (name of harmful impurities) content determination is written according to the specific method used.
4.5 Determination of moisture
Perform in accordance with GB/T1600.
4.6 Determination of pH value
Perform in accordance with GB/T1601.
4.7 Miscibility with water
4.7.1 Reagents and instruments
Standard hard water: 342mg/L;
Quantity: 100 mL.
4.7.2 Test steps
Use a pipette to draw 5 mL of the sample, place it in a 100 mL volume, dilute it to the mark with standard hard water, and stir it evenly. Place the dilution in a (30±1)℃ water bath and let it stand for ·h. If the dilution is uniform and there is no precipitate, it is qualified. 4.8 Low temperature stability test
4.8.1 Method summary
HG/T 2467.7-1996
Keep the sample at 0℃ for 1h, and record whether there is solid and oily precipitation. Continue to store at 0℃ for 7d, centrifuge to precipitate the solid precipitate, and record its volume.
4.8.2 Instruments
Refrigerator: maintain (0±1)℃;
Centrifuge tube: 100ml, with scale on the bottom of the tube accurate to 0.05mL; Centrifuge: Matching with centrifuge tube.
4.8.3 Test steps
Take (100±1.0)mL of sample and add it to the centrifuge tube, cool it in the refrigerator Cool to (0 ± 1) ℃, keep the centrifuge tube and its contents at (0 ± 1) ℃ for 1 hour, stir once every 15 minutes, each time for 15 seconds, check and record whether there is any solid or oily precipitation. Put the centrifuge tube back into the refrigerator and continue to place it at (0 ± 1) ℃ for 7 days. After 7 days, take out the centrifuge tube, let it stand for 3 hours at room temperature (not exceeding 20 ℃), and centrifuge for 15 minutes (the relative centrifugal force at the top of the tube is 500-600G, G is the acceleration of gravity). Record the volume of the precipitate at the bottom of the tube (accurate to 0.05mL). The precipitate does not exceed 0.3mL is qualified. 4.9 Hot Storage Stability Test
4.9.1 Apparatus
Thermostatic box (or thermostatic water bath): (54±2)℃; bottle (or glass bottle with stopper that can still be sealed at 54℃): 50mL, medical syringe: 50mL
4.9.2 Test Steps
Use a syringe to inject about 30mL of sample into a clean bottle (avoid the sample contacting the bottleneck), place the bottle in an ice salt bath to cool, and seal it with a high-temperature flame (avoid solvent volatilization). Seal at least 3 bottles and weigh them separately. Place the sealed bottles in a metal container, and then put the metal container in a (54±2)℃ thermostatic box (or thermostatic water bath) for 14 days. Take out the bottles, wipe the outside of the bottles, and weigh them separately. For samples that have not changed in mass, inspect the specified items within 24 hours (when writing specific product standards, the judgment principles for the qualified hot storage stability test should be specified).
