4.5 The central slewing bearing of the concentrator should generally use a single-row cross roller slewing bearing or a single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing, and comply with the provisions of JB2300. If the manufacturer manufactures the central slewing bearing by itself, it must meet the following requirements: a. The raceway surface must be quenched and the hardness must not be less than 40HRC. There must be no defects such as sand holes, pores, shrinkage, etc. on the surface; b. The steel ball should comply with the provisions of GB308.
4.6 The collector device should be:
The insulation between the collector rings should be good. There should be no breakdown phenomenon when the withstand voltage test is carried out for 1 minute under the condition of 2000V test voltage: a.
The spring that presses the brush should ensure that the brush and the collector ring are in close contact when they rotate relative to each other, and the surface of the spring should be treated with anti-corrosion; the surface of the collector ring in contact with the brush should not have defects such as sand holes and pores. JB/T 1992—93
4.7 The welds of each part should be flat, and defects such as burn-through, cracks, slag inclusions, and undercuts are not allowed. 4.8 The larger-sized parts of the concentrator should have lifting rings, lifting ears, lifting holes, etc. 4.9 The exposed rotating parts of the concentrator should have a light protective cover or shell. 4.10 The transmission arm and trough frame leading to the center of the concentrator should be equipped with a walkway and railings. The temperature rise of the bearings of each part shall not be greater than 35℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃. 4.11
The automatic target lifting mechanism of the automatic lifting concentrator should be flexible and correct. 4.12
4.13 The exposed non-cutting metal surface of the machine should be painted with primer and topcoat. The paint should be evenly applied without defects such as paint peeling, flaking, flow marks, cracks, etc. The total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 74μm; the adhesion of the paint film shall not be lower than level 2 in GB9286, and the paint color shall comply with the provisions of JB2299. 4.14 The noise sound pressure level of the concentrator shall not be greater than 85dB (A) when it is working. 4.15 The concentrator should have the following reliability and durability indicators: a.
