3. Terms and codes
3.1 Floating edge: the distance between the three corresponding sides of the cover and the inner core3.2 Code: The codes for photo albums and business card albums are determined by Chinese phonetic alphabetic characters as follows: XC-D for bag-type photo albums; XC-N for viscose photo albums; and MP for business card albums.
4 Product classification
4.1 Photo albums are divided into two types: bag type and viscose.
4.2 Product specifications
The specifications of bag type photo albums, viscose photo albums and name card albums shall comply with the enterprise standards. Limit deviation: first-class products are ±1.5mm, and qualified products are ±2.0mm.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 The specifications and dimensions of various photo albums and name card albums shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 5.2 Products are divided into first-class products and qualified products according to the technical indicators. 5.3 The thickness of plastic film shall not be less than 0.10mm. The thickness of PVC shall not be less than 0.04mm.
5.4 The basis weight of white paper shall be above 200g/m2. 5.5 Technical indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 21, 1992, and implemented on August 1, 1992

Qualified products
The book is clean, there is no obvious indentation on the back, and the color overprint is clear
The deviation of color overprint is not more than 0.5
The deviation of hot-dip anodized aluminum is not more than 0.8
Not allowed
The deviation is not more than 2
The adhesive lines are clear and complete
Broken line: 5~20mm/book
Joining lines: no more than two places
No more than two sheets per book
The front side is not less than 80

Plastic film thickness, PVC thickness: measured with a micrometer with a graduation value of 0.01mm, white paper quantity: measured according to the provisions of GB/T451.2. 6.3
Cover overprint deviation, drift deviation, glue line: measured with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm. 6.4
6.5 Cover, mildew: under 8W fluorescent light, 250mm distance, visual inspection. 6.6 Whiteness: Use a whiteness meter to measure the blue light whiteness value. 6.7 Heat seal fastness: Cut the sample into 15mm wide specimens and measure it with a ZLL-10 paper tensile tester (or a tester with the same accuracy).
6.8 No degumming temperature: Put the inner page into a plastic bag and place it in a freezer at 17℃. Take it out after 8 hours and measure it immediately. After the sample returns to room temperature, put it in a constant temperature box at +40℃, take it out after 8 hours and measure it immediately. 6.9 Flatness: When testing products with specifications below 16K, put two 100g codes on both sides of the front mouth, measure with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm, and then calculate the difference between the highest and lowest points. When testing products with specifications above 16K, put two 200g magnetic codes on both sides of the front mouth, measure with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm, and then calculate the difference between the highest and lowest points. 6.10 degrees: Under constant temperature conditions of (23 ± 1) °C and humidity of 60%~~65%, measure with a CSH-subtype measuring instrument (or other instruments with the same accuracy).
Inspection rules
Product inspection is divided into delivery inspection and routine inspection. This inspection adopts the piece-rate method, and the sample unit is piece. 7.3 Delivery inspection
