5.4 and Chapter 8 of this standard are recommended, and the rest are mandatory. This standard is formulated to standardize the color of the outer surface of shallow-water oil facilities and their various equipment, containers, pipelines, etc., to facilitate identification by operators, prevent misoperation, and prevent or avoid accidents. In terms of content setting, this standard mainly includes the coloring requirements of the shallow-water oil facilities and the equipment, containers, pipelines, structures, etc. installed on them: the coloring requirements of fire-fighting equipment, life-saving equipment, safety signs, warnings, navigation aids and numbers installed on the facilities are not listed in this standard and should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of existing national standards; this standard does not apply to the coloring requirements of shallow-water oil-specific ships.
After the release and implementation of this standard, when the mobile Shishan facilities in use enter the factory for repair and the fixed oil facilities are overhauled, this standard should be implemented.
This standard is proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. The content of this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Petroleum Industry Safety Professional Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard: Safety and Environmental Protection Department and Technical Supervision Department of Shengli Petroleum Administration. 3 General provisions
3.1 The color samples of the coloring shall comply with the requirements of (B2893, 3.2 After the equipment, containers, pipelines, etc. are wrapped and insulated, their outer surface color shall be consistent with the color specified in this standard.
3.3 The paint used for coloring shall have a product approval certificate from the issuing inspection agency. 3.4 Equipment, containers, pipelines, etc. not covered by this standard shall choose a contrasting color according to the installation area and location. 4 The main body of the facility

5.1, Drilling equipment
5.1.1 The following equipment shall be painted red: || tt||a) Overhead crane:

5.1.2 The following equipment shall be painted yellow:

5.1.3 The following equipment should be painted gray:
a) Derrick;
b) Linkage machine, shield.
5.1.4 The following equipment should be painted light blue:
a) Drilling winch, rotary table and chain shield;b) Drilling pump.
5.2 Downhole operation equipment
5.2.1 The color of the workover derrick should be painted white. 5.2.2 The color of the workover rig should be painted gray. 5.2.3 Other equipment should meet the requirements of 5.1. 5.3 Oil and water (gas) well gathering and transportation equipment

5.3.1 The appearance color of the wellhead device should be determined by the unit, among which the wellhead device of the oil production well should be painted gray; the water injection wellhead should be painted green; the gas production wellhead should be painted yellow, and the hand wheel on the gate should be painted red. 5.3.2 The surface color of the heating furnace and the heat medium furnace should be painted silver-white. 5.4 General equipment
5.4.1 The color of the main and auxiliary diesel engine bodies should be yellow, the base should be black, and the exhaust pipe should be silver-white. 5.4.2
The color of the main and auxiliary generator sets and the base should be gray. The surface color of the boiler should be silvery white.
The color of the air compressor should be gray.
The color of the ventilation device should be gray, and the impeller should be red. The color of the hydraulic lifting device should be gray. The color of the boat lifting machine should be gray.
Lifting equipment should be painted according to the following requirements:
a) The crane body and the boom should be yellow;
b) The eye-catching ball of the small hook should be red.
5.4.9 The crane equipment should be painted according to the following requirements: a) The main body of the anchor machine should be gray;
b) The anchor head and anchor chain should be black.
5.4.10 Pump equipment should be painted in accordance with the following requirements: a) The color of the fresh water pump, seawater pump, and bilge pump body is green; b) The color of the hydraulic pump, fuel pump, and lubricating oil pump is yellow; c) The color of the crude oil pump is gray;
d) The color of the natural gas delivery pump is yellow;
e) The color of the coupling and shield of various pumps is red. 5.4.11 The color of anti-pollution equipment should be green. 2
