National Standard of the People's Republic of China Hygienic standard for methylacrylate in the air of workshops This standard applies to all types of enterprises that produce and use methyl acrylate. 1 Hygienic requirements The maximum allowable concentration of methyl acrylate in workshop air is 20 mg/m*2 Monitoring and inspection method The monitoring and inspection method recommended by this standard adopts gas chromatography, see Appendix A. Approved by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China on February 23, 1988, UDC661.92.013.8:628.512. GB 8773—88. Implemented on December 1, 1988. A.1 Principle GB 8773 --88 Appendix A Gas chromatography (supplementary) Methyl acrylate in the air is collected on silica gel and desorbed at high temperature. After separation on a GDX-102 column, it is detected by an ammonia fusion ionization detector. The retention time is used as the characteristic and the peak height is used for quantification. The detection limit of this method is 1.4×10*μg (1 ml of desorbed gas sample is injected). A.2 Instruments Silica gel sampling tube: 15 tm long, 3.5~1.0 mm inner diameter glass tube, filled with 200 m silica gel, fixed at both ends with corrugated glass wool. Atmospheric sampler or syringe: 100 ml.1 ml. Pyrolysis furnace: composed of preheating tube, desorption tube and pressure regulator. Gas chromatograph; hydrogen flame ionization detector. A.3 Reagents A.3.1 GDX-102; 40~60 days, A.3.2 Activated silica gel: 40~~6) mesh, A.3.3 Methyl acrylate. A.4 Sampling Remove the rubber caps at both ends of the silica gel sampling tube at the sampling site, and hang the cooking hood, collect 0.10.5L of on-site air at a rate of 100ml/min, put on the rubber cap, and analyze in the laboratory. A.5 Analysis steps A, 5. 1 Chromatographic conditions Xeno column: column length 2m, inner diameter 4mm, stainless steel column. GDX-102. Stem sampling 150℃ (or 160~170C). a. Vaporization chamber temperature: 170℃. Detection air temperature: 170℃ d. Carrier gas (nitrogen+), 110 ml/min. A.5.2 Standard curve drawing According to the conventional method, dilute the ester of two olefins to 0.1.0.2, 0.3, 0.1 and 0.5μg/ml. Take 1ml of sample for injection respectively, and measure the retention time and peak height. Repeat the concentration for 3 times, take the average value of the peak height, plot the methyl acrylate content against the peak height, and draw a standard curve. The retention time is a qualitative indicator. A. 5.3 Sample analysis Connect the sampling tube inlet to the syringe, and the other end to the pyrolysis furnace inlet. Desorb to 100ml at a rate of 100ml/min under 18U conditions. After exile to room temperature, take 1ml of desorbed gas for injection. Use retention time for qualitative analysis and peak height for quantitative analysis. A.6 Calculation Where, x -.
