BB/T 0012-2008
This standard is partially based on relevant foreign materials and combined with the actual situation of my country's industry. It is based on measured data and technical data of this industry. Key indicators use internationally recognized test methods. The technical indicators are leading in China and have reached or are close to the international level of the same period. This standard is a revision of BB/T0012-1997 "Polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) coated film". The main changes are as follows: - The oxygen permeability test method is different. BB/T0012-1997 uses the differential pressure method, and this standard uses the coulometer method. - The water vapor permeability test method is different. BB/T/0012-1997 uses the weighing method, this standard uses the weighing method and the sensor method, and the arbitration uses the weighing method.
Classification method. The original standard was classified only according to the different coating substrates. In addition to the classification according to the different substrates, the current standard is also divided into heat-sealable and non-heat-sealable types according to the different heat-seal properties of PVDC. The specification range is increased = the width is expanded from 70mm~1200mm to 25mm-2500mm; the serial size is expanded from 13um~40um to 9μm~70μm.
This standard is proposed by China Packaging Federation: This standard is under the jurisdiction of National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee. 5 Test method
5.1 Joint sample
Remove a layer from the surface of the finished film roll, take 10 layers for appearance, specification and physical and mechanical properties inspection, and take about 10m for storage. 5.2 Standard environment for sample state adjustment and test According to the provisions of GB/T2918, the sample state adjustment shall be carried out in a standard environment with a temperature of 23℃±2% and a relative humidity of 50%±10%. The state adjustment shall be not less than 4h, and the test shall be carried out under this condition. 5.3 Width and length
Perform according to GB/T6673.
5.4 Thickness
The thickness shall be measured according to CB/T6672. Take out 5 layers of test specimens from the whole sample, overlap and measure, and the measured value divided by 5 is the thickness at that location. The thickness deviation is calculated using the maximum thickness deviation value; the average thickness deviation is equal to the percentage of the difference between the average thickness and the nominal thickness to the nominal thickness.
5.5 Appearance
Daily measurement is carried out under natural light. The unevenness of the winding before the end is measured with a ruler with an accuracy of 0.5mm. 5.6 Tensile strength and elongation at break
According to GB/T1040.3. Sample: length × width = 150mm × (15mm ± 0.1mm), the distance between the clamps is 100mm, the stretching speed is 200mm/min ± 20mm/min
5.7 Heat shrinkage rate
5.7.1 Test instruments:
a) Blast constant temperature oven:
b) Vernier caliper with the minimum scale value of 0.02mmc) Stainless steel plate;
d) Stopwatch.
5.7.2 Sample: Cut 5 pieces of 120mm × 120mm samples evenly in the width direction of the film roll, mark the middle of the sample 10mm away from the edge in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and accurately measure the length between the marks. 5.7.3 Place the sample flat on the stainless steel plate L in the blast constant temperature oven that has reached the specified temperature, and the stainless steel plate is located in the middle of the constant temperature oven. No air is blown during the test. After the test time is reached, the specimen is taken out and cooled to ambient temperature. The longitudinal and transverse marking lengths are measured. The longitudinal and transverse heat shrinkage rates are calculated according to formula (1) and the arithmetic average of the five specimens is taken. T = (L)/ × 100
Where:
T heat shrinkage rate, %;
L, length before heating, mm;
L, — length after heating, mm.

5.11.3 Samples: Take 5 samples, heat seal the sample coating surface on the heat sealer, cut them evenly in the width direction of the film roll, the sample width is 15mm0.1mm, the length is 150mm, and the sample coating surface is heat sealed on the heat sealer. 5.11.4 With the heat seal part as the center line, clamp the two ends of the sample on the two fixtures of the test machine respectively. The longitudinal axis of the sample should coincide with the center line of the lower fixture, and the tightness should be appropriate to prevent the sample from slipping and breaking in the fixture. The distance between the optical fixture is 100mm, and the test speed of the tensile machine is 100mm/min±10mm/min. Read the maximum load when the sample breaks at the heat seal. If the sample does not break at the heat seal, the sample is invalid and another sample is taken for re-test. Take the arithmetic mean of 5 samples and express it in N/15mm. 5.12 Oxygen transmission rate (OTR)
