After unwinding, the film surface of the adhesive tape is flat, the color is uniform, and the two sides are flat. Damage to the substrate or tearing is not allowed. There are no defects such as creases, depressions, impurities, significant gaps, deformations, etc., no glue seepage on the end surface, and no adhesive migration on the back of the next layer of substrate. The adhesive surface is glued together without debonding, and individual spots are allowed. Only one joint is allowed per roll, and the length of each section is not less than 2m. 4.3 Physical indicators
The physical indicators of the adhesive tape shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

No breakdown
≥1×1012
Except for appearance items, all inspections should be carried out at (23±2)℃ and relative humidity of 60%~70%, and the sample should be placed in this state for more than 2h.
5.2 Sampling method
Under the conditions specified in 5.1, remove the outer three turns of the tape roll and cut the samples according to the sample specifications and quantity required in each test.
5.3 Specifications and dimensions
5.3.1 Width
Use a vernier caliper to measure three locations on the adhesive tape at roughly equal intervals and calculate the arithmetic mean. 5.3.2 Length
Pull the adhesive tape apart and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then use a steel tape measure with a minimum graduation value of 1cm to measure the entire length. 5.3.3 Thickness
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB7125.
5.3.4 Inner diameter of the core
Use a vernier caliper to measure three locations on the inner diameter of the core tape at roughly equal intervals and calculate the arithmetic mean. 5.4 Appearance
5.4.1 Appearance is checked by visual inspection and touch.
5.4.2 Unwind the adhesive tape at a speed of about 300mm/s and check whether the substrate is torn or has debonding or lack of glue. 5.5180° peel strength

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the items specified in this standard, and the certificate of conformity must be issued before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Sampling and judgment rules
6.2.1 Batching and sampling
The same batch of materials, the same specifications, and the same color are considered as a batch, and each batch is limited to 15,000 rolls. At least 3 boxes are randomly selected from each batch of products, and at least 3 rolls are randomly selected from each box (a total of 9 rolls) for the appearance and width inspection of the entire roll. Among them, 2 rolls are inspected for length, thickness, unwinding appearance, and physical properties.6 .2.2 Judgment rules
a) During the dimension inspection, when the number of unqualified rolls exceeds 10% of the total number of rolls, it is allowed to take double samples from the batch of products to re-inspect the unqualified items. If more than 10% of the sample rolls are unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified: b) During the appearance inspection, when the number of sample rolls that do not meet this standard exceeds 10% of the total number of rolls, it is allowed to take double samples from the batch of products to re-inspect the unqualified items. If 10% of the sample rolls do not meet the provisions of this standard, the batch of products is unqualified;
c) During the physical performance inspection, if any item of one roll does not meet the provisions of this standard, it is allowed to take double samples to re-inspect the item. If there is still one roll that does not meet the provisions of this standard, the batch of products is unqualified. 3
