This standard is revised on the basis of the former professional standards of the Ministry of Light Industry ZBJ47001-1985 "Terms of Construction (Masonry) Tools", ZBJ47002—1985 "General Technical Conditions of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and ZBJ47003-1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and converted into light industry standards. In the overall structure of the standard, the terminology, general technical conditions and product standards of construction tools are retained, and the original ZBJ47003-1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools" are cancelled, and some of its relevant provisions are merged into the general technical conditions. Product standards are retained according to the numbers in the terms. A "Diamond Shovel" product standard is added. This standard changes the word "bricks and tiles" in the original name brackets to "bricks and tiles", and puts it after the standard name "construction tools", so that the hand tools used in construction work are more standardized, and a clear limitation is made in the scope of application. This standard is a supporting standard, and the terms and general technical conditions are based on it. The main dimensions in the product standard have been optimized, several specifications have been added, and the limit deviation has been indicated. This standard has modified and improved some quality indicators.
