QB/T2268—1996
This standard is revised from the original professional standard ZBY11011—1986 General Technical Conditions for Coating of Appearance Parts of Timepieces Metal Appearance Parts.
The main differences between this standard and the original ZBY11011—1986 are as follows: the writing format and expression method are implemented in accordance with GB/T1.11993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Rules for Drafting and Expression of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Writing"; -5.1 adds the specific values of the inspection level and qualified quality level of the delivery inspection, and correspondingly adds the relevant clauses of the delivery inspection;
-5.2 adds the specific values of the inspection level, unqualified quality level and sample number of the type inspection, and changes the secondary sampling to primary sampling. At the same time, the relevant clauses of the type inspection are correspondingly added. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Clock and Watch Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Clock Factory.
The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Zang, Zhu Fuzhong and Zhou Xuefang. From the date of implementation of this standard, the professional standard ZBY11011-1986 issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry will be invalid. 100
1 Scope
Light Industry Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
General Technical Conditions for Coating of Appearance Parts of Timing Instruments - Paint Layer of Metal Appearance Parts
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the paint layer of metal appearance parts. This standard applies to the quality inspection and requirements of the paint layer of metal appearance parts. 2 Referenced Standards
QB/T 2268--1996
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T2828-1987 Batch-by-batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of continuous batches) GB/T2829-1987 Periodic inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of the stability of the production process) 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Appearance quality of paint layer
3.1.1 The surface of the paint layer (monochrome paint) should be uniform in color and no discoloration is allowed. 3.1.2 The surface of the paint layer should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as exposed bottom, blistering, damage, etc. are allowed. 3.1.3 The main surface of the paint layer is not allowed to have obvious and serious impact on the appearance of unevenness, paint flow, paint peeling, dust particles, powder particles, serious scratches and scratches (the main surface refers to the visible parts of the front, top, left and right sides of the clock). 3.2 Corrosion resistance of paint layer
The paint layer should have good corrosion resistance. After the sodium chloride solution immersion test, no rust spots, paint peeling, softening, blistering and discoloration are allowed.
3.3 Paint layer bonding strength
The paint layer should have good bonding strength. After the blade cutting test, no paint peeling is allowed. "4 Test method
4.1 Paint layer appearance quality test
Under the lighting of 40W fluorescent lamp indoors, at a distance of 300mm, visually inspect with normal vision. The result should meet the requirements of 3.1. 4.2 Paint layer corrosion resistance test
Before the test, check the surface of the test piece, mark the powder particles, dust particles, paint peeling and discoloration defects with a special pencil, and then immerse the test piece in a distilled water solution containing 5% sodium chloride at a temperature of 40-50℃ for 1 hour and take it out. After washing with water, use a degreasing Use cotton to absorb moisture and conduct visual inspection. The results should meet the requirements of 3.2. The cut edge of the entire painted part and the area within 3mm where the paint layer and the coating meet, as well as the marked parts, are not included in the test range. Rust marks on the surface of the test piece are not included in the test. 4.3 Layer bonding strength test
4.3.1 The test environment temperature is not less than 10℃. Approved by China Light Industry General Association on January 27, 1997

Implementation on September 1, 1997
QB/T 2268--1996
4.3.2 Use a double-sided blade to cut six parallel lines on the surface of the test piece according to the sample, and the length of the cut is 15-20mm. Cut spacing: 1mm for baking paint and 2mm for air-drying paint. The two sets of parallel lines should cross each other perpendicularly and should cut through the paint film to reach the metal surface. Then use a No. 1 brush to brush back and forth three times. The cutting position should comply with the provisions of 3.3. 4.3.3 For the double-sided blade used in the test, each blade tip is only allowed to cut 6 cuts. When cutting, ensure that the blade plane is Perpendicular to the surface of the specimen, the angle between the blade and the specimen surface along the cutting direction shall not exceed 30°, and the cut shall not be distorted. 4.3.4 Paint loss caused by improper operation or blade tip cracking shall be retested. 5 Inspection rules
