3 Terms
3.1 Spindle pin
A pin with one end connected to a special chain link and the other end installed in a slider. 3.2 Slider
A part that installs the spindle and slides left and right on the two round bars when reversing. 3.3 Reciprocating frame
A rectangular frame that connects the suspension system and the balancing system and realizes reversal through the slider, the main shaft pin and the special chain link. 3.4 Guide rail
The guide rail for the reciprocating motion of the reciprocating frame.

4.1 Basic structural type
The vertically arranged chain drive drives the reciprocating frame to reciprocate through the special chain link and the main shaft pin, and then realizes the up and down movement of the suspension point through the suspension system connected to the upper part of the reciprocating frame (see the schematic diagram of the pneumatic balanced chain oil baling machine). 4.2 Balancing method

Chain oil pumping unit shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 71
Materials specified in the drawings may be substituted, but the mechanical properties shall not be lower than the original design requirements. 7.2 Technical requirements for castings, forgings, welded parts, machining, assembly, painting, etc., when not specified in this standard, shall comply with the provisions of relevant national and industry standards.
7.3 The weld seam shall be uniform and solid, with beautiful shape, and shall not have defects such as cracks, burn-through and shrinkage. Weld slag and metal splashes shall be removed from the weld seam.
The profiles and plates used on the frame shall be corrected before welding, corrected after welding, and artificially aged or naturally aged to eliminate welding stress. The natural aging time shall not be less than 1 year. 7.5 The reducer shall be clean inside. The residual debris shall be removed by random inspection before leaving the factory. The mass base shall not exceed 800mm. 7.6 After the reducer housing and cover are freely combined, use a 0.1mm feeler gauge to check the tightness of the split surface contact. The depth of the feeler gauge shall not be greater than one-third of the width of the split surface.
7.7 The gear profile of the reducer shall comply with the provisions of JB2940, the gear accuracy shall be in accordance with JB4021 circular gear accuracy level 887, and the upper and lower deviations of the tooth thickness shall comply with the requirements of the drawing.
7.8 Any content of this standard that is not specified for the reducer shall comply with the relevant provisions of J·1585. 7.9 The reciprocating frame wheel and the guide rail shall remain in contact. The matching clearance between the balance sprocket guide block and its straightening guide rail shall be adjustable, and the clearance shall be less than 1.0mm.
7.10 The cylinder plunger shall be polished after chrome plating. The thickness of the polished chrome layer shall not be less than 0.12mm, the unevenness shall not be greater than 15%, the surface roughness Ra shall not be less than 0.8, the hardness shall not be less than HV713, and there shall be no bubbling, pinholes and plating shedding. 7.11 The petroleum transmission roller chain shall comply with the provisions of GB3638. 7.12 The tightness of the main chain should be adjustable. After the test run, when the reciprocating frame stops at the middle position, a force of 100N is applied to the midpoint of the loose side chain: the total left and right swing is 50±10mm. 7.13 The design, materials, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of the air bag, oil bag, balance cylinder and cylinder plunger must comply with the relevant provisions of GB150 and the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels" of the Ministry of Labor of the People's Republic of China. 7.14 The inside of the air bag, oil bag, balance cylinder and air pressure elbow must be strictly cleaned, and no rust, welding slag and any debris are allowed. The inner wall should be coated with anti-corrosion paint.
7.15 After the air bag, oil bag and balance cylinder are manufactured, a water pressure test must be carried out. The water pressure test pressure value is 1.4 times the design pressure. There shall be no leakage, deformation and abnormal sound during the test.
7.16 The large rubber wheel must be subjected to a static balance test, and the allowable unbalanced moment shall not be greater than the value calculated by the following formula. M= geG

7.17 The connection strength between the wire rope and the suspension device shall be tested by static tension at 80% of the breaking tension of the wire rope during type test, and by static tension at 1.5 times of the rated suspension point load during factory inspection. There shall be no slippage or looseness. 7.18 The balance system shall be tested for air tightness before the load test. The test pressure is 1.05 times the design pressure. When the air pressure is the design pressure, the pressure drop shall not exceed 0.04MPa for 24 hours. 7.19 During the factory inspection, the noise of the chain pumping unit shall not exceed 87dB (A). After the motor is powered off, the brake of the vehicle device should be stable and reliable when the reciprocating frame is in any position. 7.20
7.21 During the load test, the cylinder plunger, slide bar and chain and other parts should be kept well lubricated. 7.22 All supporting parts must have a certificate of conformity and comply with national or relevant quality standards. 7.23 During the load test of the whole machine, all moving parts must operate flexibly and stably, without any jamming, collision or abnormal noise. 7.24 During the load test of the whole machine, there must be no oil seepage or leakage at the seals and welds. 7.25 The following components and parts of the same type of chain pumping unit must be interchangeable: reducer, belt pulley, brake wheel, crown wheel assembly, cylinder plunger, lower sprocket, reciprocating frame assembly, main shaft pin, special chain link. 7.26 The base installation dimensions of the same type of chain pumping unit should be unified. 7.27 The service life of the chain pumping unit before the first major repair shall not be less than 5 years. The total service life of the chain pumping unit before scrapping shall not be less than 10 years. 7.28
7.29 Scope of supply of chain pumping unit: a, electrical control box with automatic power-off protection; b. Belt wheel matched according to the number of strokes;

8.1 Type inspection
For various new products of chain pumping units and products produced by transferred factories (including discontinued production), or when there are major changes in materials and structures, type tests must be carried out on no less than two prototypes, and only after passing the test can they be finalized and put into mass production. 8.1.1 Type inspection of reducer
8.1.1-1 After the general assembly is qualified. The no-load test shall be carried out at the speed corresponding to the highest stroke of the chain pump, and the forward and reverse running time shall not be less than 0.5h.
8.1.1,2 The reducer shall be subjected to a step-by-step loading test for 100h in both directions at the speed corresponding to the highest stroke of the chain pump. The graded loading test shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.

8.1.1.3 The reducer shall meet the following requirements when graded loading: a. The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40°C, the oil pool temperature rise shall not exceed 20°C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 7D°C. b. There shall be no oil or oil leakage at the sealing and joints. c. The operation shall be stable, without impact and abnormal noise. d. There shall be no extended pitting on the gear tooth surface. 8.1.2 Type inspection of the whole machine
Type inspection of the whole machine is carried out under the following conditions: a. rated filter point load and maximum stroke of the chain oil pump; b. The maximum stroke allowed by exceeding the rated suspension point load by 25% and the rated torque of the reducer by 25%. 125
Under condition a, the continuous operation time shall not be less than 250h, and under condition b, the continuous operation time shall not be less than 2h. The inspection results after operation shall be qualified if they meet all the technical requirements of Chapter 7. 8.2 Factory inspection
The chain oil pump shall be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the following items before it can be shipped. 8.2.1 Each key oil pumping mechanism shall be subjected to a whole machine load test. The test shall be carried out under the conditions of the rated suspension point load and the maximum stroke of the chain oil pump, and the continuous operation time shall not be less than 2h. 8.2.2 Chain pumping units shall be inspected one by one according to 7.3, 7.7, 7.9, 7.12, 7.J7~7.21, 7.23, 7.24. 8.2.3 Chain pumping units shall be inspected randomly according to 7.5 and 7.17. The inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB2828, adopt a one-time inspection sampling plan, the inspection level is 1, and the qualified quality level AQL2.5. 8.2.4 When inspecting each chain pumping unit, the reducer shall also comply with the requirements of 8.1.1.3. 8.3 Inspection methods for main technical requirements
8.3.1 The weld quality (7.3) shall be inspected visually. 8.3.2 Water pressure test (7.15)
Inspect all welds. During the test, an exhaust port shall be set on the container to exhaust the air in the container when filling. The pressure should rise slowly to the specified test pressure, and then maintain it for no less than 30 minutes. Then the pressure should be reduced to 80% of the specified test pressure and maintained for a sufficiently long time. If there is leakage, repair it and retest it. After the test, drain the liquid and blow the inside with compressed air. 8.3.3 Air tightness test (Article 7.18)
During the test, the pressure should rise slowly, maintain the pressure for 10 minutes after reaching the specified test pressure, and then reduce it to the design pressure and maintain it for 24 hours. Perform a continuous inspection. If there is leakage, repair it and retest it. 8.3.4 Detection of whole machine noise (Article 7.19) Under the rated hanging point load and the highest stroke operation conditions, test at 4 points 1Ⅱ high from the bottom of the pumping unit and 1m away from the reducer on all sides, and measure the arithmetic average with the sound level meter A sound level (slow gear). 8.3.5 The inspection of the flexibility and stability of the whole machine (Article 7.23), the performance of the brake device (Article 7.20), and the sealing of the whole machine (Article 7.24) shall be carried out in combination with the whole machine load test.
8.3.6 Inspection of the cleanliness of the reducer (Article 7.5) After the load test, drain the lubricating oil in the reducer, inject kerosene that is not less than 50% of the volume of the lubricating oil into the reducer, and clean the inner cavity and all parts. The cleaned kerosene shall be filtered through a copper wire mesh of SSW0.063/0.045, and the residue shall be dried at 200°C for 0.5h, and then weighed.
8.4 Judgment rules
Each chain oil pump shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Article 82. If any of the inspection results is unqualified, it shall be judged as a defective product. The compliance rate of the remaining inspection results shall not be less than 90%. 9 Marking, packaging, transportation and manufacturer's guarantee 9.1 The important parts of the chain pumping unit shall be printed with the logo in the specified position. 9.2 The nameplate shall comply with the provisions of JB8. Nameplate content: a. Name and model of the chain pumping unit:

eH factory year and month.
9.3 All exposed processing surfaces of the chain pumping unit shall be coated with anti-rust grease. 9.4 Before transporting the chain pumping unit, stop the reciprocating frame at the upper limit position, lock the balance plunger, and brake the vehicle. 9.5 All accessories, special tools and random documents shall be sealed in plastic bags and packed into boxes. 9.6 The following documents shall be attached to the chain pumping unit when it leaves the factory: a, product packing list;

9. Except for the crown wheel, the chain pumping unit is transported as a whole unit, and the whole unit must be guaranteed to be intact. 9.8 Under the condition that the user implements the use, repair and maintenance standards of the chain pumping unit, the warranty period of the chain pumping unit is 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer.

8.3.6 Inspection of the cleanliness of the reducer (Article 7.5) After the load test, drain the lubricating oil in the reducer, inject kerosene that is not less than 50% of the volume of the lubricating oil into the reducer, and clean the inner cavity and all parts. The cleaned kerosene is filtered with a copper wire mesh of SSW0.063/0.045, and the residue is dried at 200°C for 0.5h, and then its mass is weighed.
8.4 Judgment rules
