This standard is a combination and revision of ZBJ76M4-88 Technical Specifications for Centrifugal Eryogenic Liquid Pumps Used for Air Separation Plants and 2BJ76005-8 Centrifugal Eryogenic Liquid Pumps Used for Air Separation Plants, Test Methods. Compared with ZBJ76005-86, this standard 2BJ76004-88 has the following changes: -3.1 Add "the requirements of the drawings approved according to the prescribed procedures, and its performance deviation is in accordance with the current provisions of Class C in GB/32161989" - Cancel all the recommendations of the original 2HJ76004 Table 1 with vertical numbers. The convection standard is modified.
This standard replaces 2RJ76004-8% and 7RJ76005-R from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Gas Separation and Chemical Equipment. 3.2 The manufacturer shall determine the allowable operating range of the product and variant products, and draw the performance function line (the relationship line between head, shaft power and flow rate).

4. Technical requirements

4.1 The system shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The installation of the maintenance parts shall be explained in detail by the manufacturer in the operation and maintenance instructions. 4.3 The critical speed of the object shall be the actual first critical speed of the rotation under the running condition, which shall be at least 10% higher than the maximum allowable continuous running speed.
4.4 The rotating parts shall be subjected to dynamic balancing test. The single-stage rotating parts with a speed greater than 3000r/minl? , the net pump has been selected for the action balance test, and its accuracy is lower than the requirements of G6.3 in Figure 2: Sac

4.5 The rotating parts and the stationary parts should be guaranteed to have sufficient running time according to the nature of the material. 4.6 For the parts such as the ring, bearing and bearing body end cover that have relative movement and possible friction, the matching and selection of materials should be considered so that there will be no sparks or bites during operation. 4.? 4.8 The impeller is a pair of period type and a half type, and the inlet end of the blade should be a head. 4.8.2 The impeller should be firmly fixed and produce circumferential and axial motion when rotating in the specified direction. 4.9 Shaft
4.9.! The shaft should have sufficient strength to ensure the reliable operation of the system. It should not have any defects. 4.9.1 The threads on the shaft should be tightened when the shaft is rotated, and the shaft should maintain a central hole. 4.10 Shaft
4.10.1 The humidity of the shaft should not exceed 35°C during operation, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75%. 4.10.2 Bearing
The bearing should be lubricated with grease or oil. Grease and lubricating oil should be grease and lubricating oil with good anti-oxidation performance.
4.10.3 The manufacturer shall specify the brand of lubricant used and the number of times the lubricant is changed in the operating and maintenance instructions. 4.1 The bearing body or bearing shall be able to prevent dust from entering and lubricant from leaking. 4.11 Shafting

4.12.1 The quality of the pump parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2100, GB/T9438, and GB/T13819. 4.12.2. The defects that can be repaired in the parts can be repaired by welding or other methods, but they must comply with the requirements of the drawings and technical specifications, and the design and handling of the repair procedures are in accordance with the specifications. After the joint, it must be heat treated to eliminate the joint stress. 4.13 Water pressure test
All bearing parts are subjected to a water pressure strength test at 1.5 times the working pressure. The test uses warm water and the pressure is 5m high. No damage is allowed.
4.14 Assembly and other requirements
4.14.1 After the pump is assembled, the rotor should rotate flexibly and smoothly. 4.14.2 Before assembly and before the interface, the installation and certification must be oil-proof and unsettled. 4.15 Material selection
At the end of the pump, the components should be selected from materials with good low temperature performance. The case, impeller and shaft shall be subjected to low temperature impact test. 4.15.1 Material composition and quality
The chemical composition, mechanical properties and thermal properties of the material shall comply with the provisions of GB/T699, GB/T700, GB/T1220, GB/T11527, GB/T2041, GB/T4423, GB/T56[2. GB/T2100, GB/T9438, GB/T13808 and GB/11381. 4.1 Complete set scope
The complete set supply scope of the pump shall generally include: a) assembled pump [including motor!
b) special parts required for disassembling and assembling the pump; c) spare parts and components.

4.17 Provided that the user complies with the transportation, protection, installation, and maintenance conditions of the product: the product shall be operated continuously for no more than 12 months after being shipped from the manufacturer. If the product cannot be operated normally or is damaged due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall provide free replacement or replacement, excluding normal replacement parts. 5 Test methods
5.! The test of the pump is divided into type test and factory test 1.! New products must undergo type test. Old products must also undergo type test when there are major design changes. Type test: a) Room temperature rotation test; b) Normal temperature performance test; e) Low temperature operation test; 5.7 Products produced in batches are sampled for factory test. Contents of factory test: Low temperature operation test: Number of samples per production unit 5.3 Normal temperature test 5.3.1 The test methods of pump flash temperature rotation test and common sense performance test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3216 5.3.2 The accuracy of normal temperature test shall not be lower than the provisions of GB/T3216-19894 Class C. 5.3.3 Test device shall be approved by relevant design units: 5.4 Low temperature operation test 5.41 The low temperature test of the test shall be strictly carried out in accordance with the test specifications approved by the prescribed procedures. And the test should be carried out at the specified speed and within the specified use. 1. The test duration shall not be less than 4h.
5.4.2 On-site test
When the manufacturer conducts reverse test in the factory due to the limited performance of equipment components, the test should be carried out at the user's location. The pressure measurement type of the system adopts a spring-loaded dynamometer, and the spring-loaded dynamometer is selected according to the head of the pump. The indication value of the pointer should be within the range of 1/3--2:3 of the pressure gauge, and the accuracy should be less than 1.5. 5.5.2 Measurement of rotation speed
The measurement of rotation speed can be measured by a mathematical instrument with direct display of the number of revolutions within the measuring time. 5.5.7 Measurement of shaft power
The input power of the motor should be measured at the motor input end, and a single-phase power meter should be used for measurement. The instrument accuracy should not be less than 0.5 level. The shaft power of the motor should be calculated according to formula (2):

The label content includes: a) Name of manufacturer; c) Name and type of pump; d) Technical specification of system: flow rate, MH; torque, m; speed, rmin; motor power, kw; d) Factory serial number; 7.1.2 Steering direction The general direction of rotation of the pump shall be indicated by a prominent arrow in a nearby position. 1.2 Packaging and Transportation 1.2.1 Before packaging, wrap the machine with polyethylene plastic cloth. 7.2.2 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.3 Take measures to prevent damage during transportation. 7.2.4 The following technical documents shall be brought to the factory. And packed in waterproof and moisture-proof documents: 1. Product certificate: 2. Product instruction manual (including power line) 3. Product general drawing 4. Product damage parts drawing 5. Delivery technical terms: 6. Packing list 7. Products should be placed in the order room or a suitable exchange place.
