5.3.1 Sample
QB/T3632-1998
When the folding diameter is greater than or equal to 100mm, take a single sample of 100m110m. When the folding diameter is less than 10m0, take the longer one. The test piece is a single piece.
5.3.2 Test method
Cut two lines in the weaving and transverse directions of each sample, and use a 0.5mm ruler to measure the length of the lines respectively. Then put the sample between small holes (715 mesh) metal mesh, but the metal mesh should not affect the shrinkage of the sample, and then put it in the test (try to make the sample as close as possible to the sample), 1mi away, take it out and cool it to a tight place, remove the metal mesh, and then measure the length of the sample or sample, calculate the results separately, and take the largest or smallest value of the sample or sample as the test result, rounding to two significant figures.
6.3.3 Calculation
The calculation is as follows:

L.--The length before longitudinal or transverse shrinkage, mml--The length after longitudinal or transverse shrinkage, mm. 5.4 Determination of tensile strength and elongation at break 5.4.7 Test sample

5.4.2 Test state adjustment and environment

Mandrel dimensions
Put the sample on the mandrel and place it in a 135±1℃ air drying oven for 30m. Let the sample shrink and wrap it on the mandrel. Cool it to room temperature. If there is any cracking, it is unqualified. If there is no tearing, a voltage test is also required to further check whether there is any small potential. The test method is as follows: use a thin film with a thickness of no more than 0.2mm to cover the disc shown in the figure. , use another same metal sheet and stick it on the surface of the sample in other parts. The contact must be good and the metal sheets are connected to each other: lead two electrodes from the metal sheet and the output pin, wait for the core shaft to be immersed in the transformer oil, and provide a transformer voltage of 500V. When the voltage is continuously opened to 2 sections, maintain 1 level. If there are small holes in the sample along the direction and position of the applied voltage, it is considered to be a breakdown. This can be judged by repeatedly applying the test voltage. 5.6 Test for resistance to Fe-Sa solvents
5.6.1 Test specimen
Cut 5 sections of the test specimen with a length of 200 mm at random and place them on a plate in a 135±1° air drying oven. After 15 min, take them out and lay them flat to cool to room temperature. Cut the test specimen into pieces according to the warp knife shown in Figure 1 in Article 6.4.1 of this standard. Take another 5 sections of the test specimen with a length of 150 mm at random and put them on a mandrel. Place them in a 135±1° air drying oven and keep the temperature constant for 30 min so that the test specimen is wrapped around the main shaft. 5.6.2 Mandrel
It is a metal mandrel (made of brass or carbon steel). When the inner diameter of the test specimen after self-shrinking is less than or equal to 25, a mandrel with a weight 10% larger than the diameter of the test specimen after free shrinkage and a length of 100 μm is selected. When the inner diameter of the test specimen after self-shrinking is greater than 26°, a mandrel is not required and the shrunk sheet can be used for selective testing of electrical properties. 5.6.3
Industrial ethylene glycol concentrate.
5.6.4 Test method
Place two groups of test pieces in a small amount of solvent, and make sure that the sample is completely immersed in the solvent and should not be in contact with each other. The temperature of the solvent drop is 36:2 for 24 hours. After taking out, return the sample surface to the filter paper to clean the solvent. Dry it at room temperature for 1 hour. The tensile strength of the shaped sample is measured according to Section 5.4 of this standard. The dielectric strength of the axial test sample or sheet sample is measured according to Section 5.7 of the standard.
5.7.1 Sample
Take 150 mm long sample pieces at random. 5.7.2 Mandrel
Same as Section 5.6.2 of this standard.
5.7.3 Test section inspection
Use the equipment specified in Section 6 of G140B. 5.7.4 The test voltage is continuously and evenly increased to 1000V/4 AC voltage. 5.7.5 Test method: Put the sample on the main auxiliary: put it in a 135 ℃ air drying oven, temperature 30℃, so that the ball sample can be wrapped on the core shaft, take it out and wait until it reaches room temperature (the sheet sample shrinks under the same conditions, but must be effectively cooled), use 26+0.1g, the original thickness of the metal sheet is not more than 0.12mm as the outer electrode, and surround the core shaft and the center of the sample. The state adjustment and ring ground are the same as those in Article 5.4.2 of this standard, and the time is not less than 24 hours. The circuit is configured, the core sample is as shown in Figure 4-7-1 of CB140, and the sheet sample is as shown in Figure 4-7-1 () of CB140B. The test medium is clean transformer oil. 5.7.B Calculation is carried out according to the provisions of Chapter 7 of ISO D1408. The average value of 3 sections of the sample is taken and the legal unit is adopted. The thickness is measured near the breakdown point, and the measurement is not less than 8 points. The arithmetic average is taken and the value is accurate to 0.1m. 5.8 Determination of body resistivity 5.1 Sample 150m long sample section is used. 5.8.2 Mandrel The same as Table 5, 6, 2 of this standard. 5.8.3 Test equipment QB/T36321999 adopts the equipment specified in CH141. 5.4 Test core 500V DC voltage.
5..5 Test electric excess
If the agricultural sheet is tested, the diameter of the straightening electric root shall be s±0.1m. Electrode configuration, mandrel specimen as shown in Figure 1-2 of GB1430, without protective electrode, sheet specimen as shown in Figure 9-1 of GB81410, without protective electrode,
5.,B Test force
Put the specimen on the mandrel, put it in a 135±1 wind oven, shrink the specimen by 30ml, take it out and cool it to room temperature (sheet test is carried out under the same conditions, but it must be placed flat to cool): use a metal sheet with a thickness of no more than 0.1% and a thickness of no more than 0.02m as the outer electrode, surround the center of the mandrel specimen surface for at least one circle and the environment is the same as that in Section 6.4.2 of this standard, and the time is not less than 24h. Test procedure: The 16th and 17th test steps of GB1410 shall be carried out as specified in the following sections. 5.8.7 Calculation: The calculation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1410, Section 1, Section 20, Section 3 or Section 4 for the sample. The average value of the sample shall be taken and the unit of measurement shall be adopted. 5.8 Determination of water absorption: 5.9.1 Sample: When the folding diameter is greater than or equal to 25 mm, 8 single-piece samples of 100 mm × 25 mm shall be cut. When the folding diameter is less than 36 mm, 8 single-piece samples of 190 mm in length and the same folding diameter shall be cut. 5.8.2 Test method: The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10a4. 5.10 Determination of linearity: 5.10.1 Sample: 8 samples of 105 mm in length shall be taken. 5.10.2 Test method
As shown in the figure, one end of the sample is fixed, and the rest is laid freely and flat. Then a transparent organic glass is used to press on the sample. A 1000mm steel ruler is used as a reference. Pass through the two edges of the 30D0mm long sample (the edge of the sample must be extended).
