II. Technical conditions
8 Steel doors shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the unified drawings. 9 The material of the main parts of steel doors is ordinary carbon steel A3F (GB70065). 10 After the door panels and door frames are assembled, they shall meet the following requirements: (1) The door panels and door frames shall be straight, and the convexity of the door panels shall not exceed 2mm in the whole length; (2) The sealing surface shall be on the center line of the packing, and the allowable deviation is ±2mm; (3) The door frame shall be evenly pressed into the packing, and the pressing depth shall be: watertight door not less than 2mm.
The semi-watertight door shall not be less than 1mm.
(4) The installed door shall be able to open and close smoothly; the handle shall be flexible to rotate, especially without loose or tight phenomenon. The door panel and door frame shall be coated with red lead primer first, and then painted with color paint after being installed on the ship. 11
The positive deviation of the weight of each set of steel doors shall not exceed 5%, and there is no regulation for negative deviation. 12
Steel doors shall be inspected and accepted by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 14After the watertight and semi-watertight steel doors are manufactured, the white powder coating method shall be used to check whether the door frame and the filler are in full contact. 15After each set of watertight steel doors is installed on the ship, a vertical flushing test shall be carried out at the contact point between the door frame and the filler. The water column pressure head shall be not less than 10m, the nozzle diameter shall be not less than 15mm, and the distance between the nozzle and the test point shall not be more than 3m. During the flushing test, the surface shall be checked for water droplets or water collapse.
16Each set of semi-watertight steel doors shall be subjected to a water spray test after installation on board. It is required that no water droplets are found on the surface after the test to be qualified. 17
Each set of steel doors shall have the following marks: (1) manufacturer's name or mark;
(2) model standard number;
(3) year and month of production or batch number;
(4) inspection pass stamp.
