This standard adopts IS010191:1993(E) Passenger car tyre performance test - Indoor test method and IS010454:1993 Truck and container tyre performance test - Indoor test method. The strength, breakaway and static load test items of tires are the basic items of tire inspection. At present, dozens of such test machines have been produced in China. In order to ensure the consistency of the technical requirements of the test machines with the international and national method standards, and to ensure the comparability and accuracy of the test results, this standard is to be formulated.
The technical parameters of this standard are consistent with the requirements for test equipment parameters in IS010191 and IS010454, and are formulated in combination with the actual situation of the production technology level of test machines in my country.
This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Rubber Testing Instruments and Equipment Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard specifies the structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of tire strength, unseating dead Ioad tester. It is applicable to truck tires, passenger car tires, passenger car tubeless tires and motorcycle tire strength, unseating dead Ioad tester (hereinafter referred to as tester).

Performance inspection of passenger car tires - Indoor test method The testing machine consists of a main machine, a hydraulic device, a unbending frame, an automatic control system, etc. 3.1 The main machine is equipped with a tire support device, a cylinder, a pressure head and a static load pressure plate that meet the requirements of relevant standards. 3.2 The driving cylinder used in the hydraulic device to provide controllable and adjustable oil pressure and flow should provide sufficient load force and stable speed for the test.
3.3 The structure of the unscrewing frame is in accordance with the provisions of GB4504 standard. Its structure is shown in Figure 1. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 17, 1998 and implemented on October 1, 1998.

5.1 Test conditions and measuring instruments for the test
