GB/T3390.1-2004
This standard is revised on the basis of the original national standard GB/T3390.1-1989 "Manual socket wrench socket", and is one of the manual socket wrench product series standards. Other standards issued at the same time are as follows: GB/T3390.2-2004 "Manual socket wrench transmission square sample and square hole"; -GB/T3390.3-2004 "Manual socket wrench transmission accessories"; GB/T3390.4-2004 "Manual socket wrench connection accessories"; -GB/T3390.5-2004 "Manual socket wrench inspection rules, packaging and marking". This standard is modified to adopt ISO2725-1:1996 "Screw and nut assembly tools - square drive sockets - Part 1: Hand-operated sockets - Dimensions" (English version).
Taking into account my country's national conditions, this standard has made some modifications when adopting ISO2725-1:1996. The relevant technical differences have been compiled into the text and marked with a vertical single line in the margins of the clauses they involve. A list of these technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix A for reference. Appendix B shows the comparison of the chapter and article numbers of the technical differences with ISO2725-1:1996 for reference.
The main differences between this standard and ISO2725-1:1996 are as follows: some expressions applicable to international standards are changed to expressions applicable to Chinese standards; corresponding specifications are added to the 10mm, 12.5mm, 20mm and 25mm series of sockets; the tolerance of the opposite side dimensions of the working part of the sleeve adopts the tolerance specified in GB/T4390, and this national standard adopts the international standard ISO 691:1983;
-According to the technical conditions of ISO1711-1:1996 "Screw and nut assembly tools-Technical conditions-Part 1: Hand wrenches and sockets" in the normative reference documents of ISO2725-1:1996, the torque requirements and test methods of the sockets are added. Compared with the original national standard GB/T3390.1-1989, the main changes of this standard are as follows:-Cancel the strength level b, and retain the strength levels a and c (see 3.3, Table 7); Some contents have been adjusted.
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed by China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, and Shanghai Xingguang Li Ke Tools Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hongjiang Machinery Factory, Jiaxing Xingqiu Tools Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are: Lin Meide, Wang Penggen, Zhang Yufang, Zhu Shiliang, Wu Zuxun. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: -GB/T 3390.1--1982.GB/T 3390.1—1989. 1

axis of the two test bars should be coaxial with the axis of the sleeve. During the test, the torque specified in Table 2 is applied to the square test bar steadily and slowly. When the torque reaches the rated value, it is maintained for 30 seconds. After unloading, the opposite side dimensions of the working part of the sleeve and the opposite side dimensions of the square hole shall not exceed the tolerance range. The torque test machine using the test bar rotation has a torque accuracy of ±2.5%. Square test bar
