This standard applies to water hoses used for circulating drilling fluid in petroleum drilling, and also applies to water hoses used for conveying well-killing fluids in downhole operations in oil fields. The hose is composed of a hose and a pipe joint. 3.2 The main dimensions and basic parameters of the hose are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. The hose should be composed of an inner rubber layer of synthetic rubber that is resistant to oil, weak acid and alkali, a reinforcement layer of fabric or steel wire material and an outer rubber layer that is resistant to oil and weather aging. 4.2 The hose pipe joint material should be made of steel that meets the requirements of GB699. Its performance should meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2Www.bzxZ.net N/ mm2 4.3 The hose should be able to work normally when the ambient temperature is -30 to 80℃. 4.4 Tolerance of hose length: When the length is .6m and below 6m, the tolerance is ±64mm; when the length is above 6m, the tolerance is the good % of the hose length 4.5 The minimum bending radius of the hose hose shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Under the test pressure, the pipe joint shall not leak, the pipe body shall not crack or have other abnormal phenomena, and the connection between the pipe joint and the hose shall not loosen or fall off. 4.8 The minimum bursting pressure of the hose hose is 2.5 times its maximum working pressure. 2 SY 5469-92 4.9 The oil pipe thread of the hose joint shall comply with the provisions of GB9253.4, and the pipeline thread shall comply with the provisions of SY9253.3. 4.10 The hose shall have a vertical straight line vulcanized or printed in a clear color on the outer rubber layer of the hose. The words "Add an Anjin clamp here" shall be printed at both ends as shown in Figure 1. 5 Test methods 5.1 The test methods for the deformation, airtightness and minimum bursting pressure of the hose body shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5563. 5.2 The measurement method for the hose size shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9573. 5.3 The thread gauge is used to measure the thread of the hose joint. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The hose shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a certificate of conformity before it can be shipped." 6.2 The inspection of the hose is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.2.1 Type inspection includes the following contents: 6.2.1.1, sampling should be conducted for type test when any of the following situations occurs: a. Trial production of new products or trial production of old products in factory transfer b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; ℃. When the product is stopped for half a year and production is resumed; d. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type test requirement. 6.2.1.2 The items of type inspection are as follows; a. Appearance inspection; b. Dimension inspection; c. Pipe deformation test; d. Airtightness test, the test pressure is 2 times the maximum working pressure; e. Minimum bursting pressure test, the test pressure is at least 2.5 times the maximum working pressure f. Bending radius test. 6.2.1.3 The results of type test shall comply with the corresponding provisions of Chapter 4. 6.2.2 Inspection includes the following contents: 6.2.2.1 Each hose shall be inspected for appearance, size and airtightness before leaving the factory. The airtightness test pressure is 1.5 of the maximum working pressure. 6.2.2.2 Each batch (no more than 50 hoses) of hoses shall be tested for pipe deformation and airtightness. The airtightness test pressure is twice its maximum working pressure. If the hoses are unqualified, double samples shall be retested. If the hoses are still unqualified, the batch of hoses shall be considered unqualified. Sub-marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 The hoses shall be vulcanized with the following contents on the hoses: a. Inner diameter, maximum working pressure, pipe joint thread code; b. Manufacturer name or trademark; c. Year and month of manufacture. 7.2 The hose pipe joints shall be provided with thread protectors. 7.3 The packaging and transportation of water hoses shall comply with the requirements of GB9577. 7.4 The storage of water hoses shall comply with the requirements of GB9576. The storage period shall not exceed 18 months. Waste.
