This standard specifies the classification method, technical conditions, inspection rules, packaging and transportation of sand mold and sand core coatings. This standard is applicable to paste and powder coatings diluted with water or organic solvents for sand casting. After dilution, the coatings are used to coat sand molds or sand cores. 2 Referenced standards

3.1 Terms
3.1.1 Density
The ratio of the mass of the coating to its volume, expressed in (g/cm\). 3.1.2 Conditional viscosity

6.1Pastes and powders shall be inspected by batches, and the number of products of the same brand submitted at the same time shall be regarded as a batch. 6.2Inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of 5.1 and 5.2. Sampling and test methods shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5107. .00
6.3Each batch of pastes and powders supplied by the supplier shall be inspected in accordance with the technical requirements specified in this standard, and the inspection results and the quality certificate shall be submitted to the brand guide. Other requirements beyond the provisions of this standard shall be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. 6.4 The purchaser may conduct quality acceptance according to the provisions of this standard. If any of the indicators in the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the same batch of products shall be doubled for re-inspection. 6.5 If the re-inspection results do not meet the requirements, the supplier and the purchaser shall negotiate to resolve or entrust the tailoring unit to make a decision. The tailoring unit shall be selected by negotiation between the two parties. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
7.1 The paste shall be packaged in a plastic barrel or metal barrel (a packaging bag lined with polyethylene film). After loading, the barrel shall be sealed. 7.2 Powder coatings such as graphite powder shall be packaged in a polypropylene woven bag with an inner layer of polyethylene film. After bagging, the bag door shall be sealed. 7.3 The packaging marking of water-based and alcohol-based powder coatings of zircon powder shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB/T5112. 7.4 The transportation and storage of zircon paste and powder shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9223. 7.5 The packaging container should be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, brand, batch number, production date, net weight, etc., and a quality certificate should be attached. 7.6 During transportation and storage, it should be prevented from moisture and deterioration. The storage temperature of organic solvent paste coatings should not exceed 45 (, and it is strictly forbidden to be close to fire sources.
7.7 Storage warranty period is 6 months for paste and 12 months for powder from the date of manufacture. 587
