This standard is a revision of JB/T51192.1~51192.3-94 "Agricultural screw oil press product quality classification". Compared with JB/T51192.1~51192.3-94, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: 1) The power consumption and noise index per ton of material have been changed; 2) The index requirements for superior products of oil presses below 95 have been added, and specific indicators have been specified; 3) Some index requirements for dry cake residual oil rate and oil output efficiency have been adjusted; 4) The life index of the cake head of the cake ring has been specified according to different oils; 5. The paint quality index content has been changed and added; the quality of the appearance quality has been graded; the number of sample mothers of parts and complete machines has been changed; 7) The effective production storage date of the sampled products has been changed; 8) The reliability index assessment has been changed to the assessment of the working time before the first failure, and specific index requirements have been proposed. This standard replaces JB/T51192.1-51192.3-94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. 4.1.1 From the time the sample is extracted and sealed to the end of the inspection work, except for maintenance and repair in accordance with relevant regulations, it is not allowed to change the sample and replace parts.
4.1.2 During the product inspection and testing process, the accuracy and reliability of each test data must be guaranteed. If abnormal data is found, the cause should be found out in time and necessary processing should be done.
4.1.3 The accuracy of various equipment, instruments and meters used for testing should meet the requirements of measurement accuracy. Before the inspection test, the test equipment and instruments should be checked and calibrated.
4.1.4 Before the inspection test, the manufacturer should provide the necessary technical documents of the inspected agricultural screw oil press. 4.2 Inspection Items
After confirming that there is no missing installation and other abnormal conditions in the sampled machine, the inspection and test of the items listed in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 in Chapter 3 shall be carried out. The prototype of the reliability test can be carried out on the prototype other than the performance test. 3
4.3 Inspection and Test Methods

4.3.1 The operating performance (dry cake residual oil rate, oil output efficiency, power consumption per ton of material, noise, and productivity) test shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9793.2. 4.3.2 Oil Quality Inspection
Inspect in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5528~5530. 4.3.3 The working time before the first failure and the life of the cake ring and cake head shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9793.2. 4.3.4 The inspection of appearance quality and paint coating quality shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5673.
4.3.5 Inspection of assembly and packaging requirements Use a wrench to check the tightness of fasteners and assess by feel. Packaging requirements should be checked by counting and visual inspection. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Classification of unqualified items
5.1.1 Agricultural screw oil press products should be inspected and judged according to the classification table of unqualified items listed in Table 5 and the sampling inspection plan table in Table 6 according to the counting sampling inspection procedure principles specified in GB/T2828. 5.1.2 All items that are inspected that do not meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and relevant standards, drawings and technical documents are unqualified items. 5.1.3 Unqualified items are divided into three categories: A, B and C according to their degree of influence on product quality. Category A is an item that has a significant impact on product performance; Category B is an item that has a greater impact on product performance; Category C is an item that has a slight impact on product performance, focusing on the assembly and appearance quality of the whole machine.
5.2 Sampling method
5.2.1 Sampling inspection procedure According to the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828, the special inspection level S-1 is adopted. 5.2.2 Random sampling is adopted, and the qualified products produced by the factory in the past year are randomly selected. During sampling, the parent quantity of the whole machine sample should be no less than 25 units, and the parent quantity of the parts should be no less than 10 sets (pieces). Two units of the whole machine are sampled, and two sets (pieces) of parts are sampled. Parts are sampled from the semi-finished product warehouse or assembly line; the whole machine is sampled from the finished product warehouse or the sales department. When sampling in the sales department, it is not subject to the size of the parent quantity. The sampled samples should be qualified products of the corresponding grade. 5.3 Assessment rules
5.3.1 Products are sampled and judged according to the requirements of Table 6 according to the required grade. The qualified quality level AQL, qualified judgment number Ac, and unqualified judgment number Re in the table are calculated according to the point method (i.e. the number of unqualified items). 5.3.2 The assessment is carried out item by item. When the number of unqualified items in each category in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number Ac, the category is judged to pass. At the same time, the decision of passing or not should be made according to each sampling inspection plan. The grade of the product is determined by the grade that all three categories A, B, and C pass.
