5.1.4 Preparation and storage of processing fluid
When preparing the solution, various chemicals are added in the order of Table 5 and Table 6. When the previous chemical is completely dissolved, the next chemical is added. The prepared developer is stored in a sealed container and can be used after being placed at room temperature for 12 hours. However, the solution must not be used for more than 48 hours.
5.1.5 Density measurement and characteristic curve drawing
The density of the processed sample is measured using a reflection densitometer. The geometric conditions for density measurement should meet the requirements that the incident light is a circumferential beam with an angle of 40° to 50°, and the measuring light is a vertical reflected beam with an angle of less than 5°. The spectral conditions for density measurement should comply with the provisions of GB11501. The optical density of the processed sample on the measuring plate is measured, and the characteristic curve is drawn with the density value as the ordinate and the logarithm of the exposure as the abscissa, as shown in Figure 2.

5.1.6 Calculation of photographic performance index values
5.1.6.1 Fog density
HG2175-91
It is calculated by subtracting the optical density value of the undeveloped and only fixed sample from the optical density value produced by the undeveloped sample after development and fixing.
5.1.6.2 Contrast coefficient
The contrast coefficient is the slope of the straight line of the characteristic curve and is calculated according to formula (1): y=tgo
Where: —contrast coefficient;
The angle between the extension line of the straight line of the characteristic curve and the horizontal axis. 5.1.6.3 Sensitivity
The sensitivity is calculated by taking the reciprocal of the exposure H corresponding to point M on the characteristic curve and multiplying it by 10°. The density of point M is equal to the paper base density, coating layer density, fog density (the sum of the three is called the minimum density Dml) plus 0.60. The sensitivity is calculated according to formula (2): 103
Wherein: So.6 sensitivity of photo paper;
H. Calculate the exposure corresponding to the reference density point M of the sensitivity, x·s103-the coefficient specified for calculating the sensitivity.
5.1.6.4 Maximum density
The maximum density is the density corresponding to the highest point of the characteristic curve. 5.2 Determination of physical properties
5.2.1 Determination of melting point of emulsion layer
According to the provisions of GB6843
5.2.2 Determination of moisture content of film
According to the provisions of ZBG80003,
5.2.3 Determination of curl of film
According to the provisions of GB6847
5.2.4 Determination of film size
Use a steel ruler to measure the size of boxed photo paper and the width of roll photo paper. Use a tape measure to measure the length of roll photo paper. 5.3 Other performance tests
5.3.1 Apparent quality of photographic paper
Take a piece of photographic paper from the unopened sample and visually inspect it under white light. The apparent quality of the photographic paper shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3.1. 5.3.2 Quality of white film
