The test voltage is a single-phase AC 50Hz sine waveform, and the voltage value is 1500V. The test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5226 and shall meet the requirements of 4.2.4.
5.3 Machine performance test
5.3.1 Noise
Measure the noise values at the four points 1m above the ground at the center points of the front, rear, left and right surfaces of the machine. Take the arithmetic mean as the machine noise value, which should meet the requirements of 4.3.3. 5.3.2 Drying performance
5.3.2.1 Standard load cloth
a) The load cloth number during the test adopts A1.1 in Appendix A of GB/T4288-1992. b) The standard load cloth specifications are as follows: bed sheet in Figure A1, shirt in Figure A2 and napkin in Figure A3 of GB/T4288-1992. c) Sew neatly and firmly according to the dotted lines shown in the figure to make the standard load cloth. 5.3.2.2 Place the standard load fabric in the industrial washing machine, wash for 30 minutes with the rated water volume of the dry fabric water bath ratio and 5g of detergent per liter of water, rinse twice, each rinse for 5 minutes, and place the fabric in a dry place for use after dehydration. 5.3.2.3 The standard load ratio is 1 bed sheet, 2 shirts and 18 napkins as a set. 5.3.2.4 Take the specified set of fabric as a unit, weigh 1.2 times the rated capacity of the tested industrial dryer, and put it into the industrial dryer for drying. After the temperature at the outlet center rises to 80℃, weigh it every 30 minutes until the difference between the two adjacent weighing values is no more than 1%. Take it out immediately and put it into a large nylon bag with the weighed mass, and weigh the fabric according to the rated capacity of the industrial dryer. The insufficient or excessive mass should be adjusted with napkins. Soak the clothes in water and dehydrate them until the moisture content of the fabric is 80%. If the moisture content is insufficient, spray water evenly. When the industrial dryer is heated to 60℃ at the outlet center under no-load condition, put the fabric into the dryer for testing and start the timer. After running for 1 hour, take out the fabric and put it into a nylon bag for weighing. 5.3.2.5 Calculation of moisture content
