Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the test methods for electrical control equipment of AC asynchronous motor driven steel cord belt conveyor. This standard is formulated in accordance with the test requirements of JB5863 "Electrical Control Equipment of AC Drive Steel Cord Belt Conveyor". This standard is applicable to the test of electric control equipment of steel cord belt conveyors with AC power grid frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 6kV and below, and rated capacity of each motor of 630kW and below for single and multiple motors. When adopting special test methods not specified in this standard, supplementary provisions shall be made in the corresponding product technical documents, but the supplementary provisions shall comply with the requirements of relevant standards. 2 Reference standards GB3797 JB5863 GB4720 GB10233 Test requirements Electronic control equipment Part 2 Electronic control equipment equipped with electronic devices AC transmission Steel rope core belt conveyor Electronic control equipment Electronic control equipment Part 1 Low-voltage electrical appliances Electronic control equipment Basic test methods for electrical transmission control equipment Basic environmental test procedures for electrical and electronic products Test Db: Alternating damp heat test methodbzxZ.net 1 Requirements for test products The test products should meet the requirements of relevant product drawings and technical documents; a. The test products used for the test must be unused products; b. The installation method of the test products should be consistent with normal use. 3.2 Requirements for test instruments The accuracy requirement for test instruments is not less than 0.5 level, and the minimum scale of the electric stopwatch is 0.01s. 4 Inspection General inspection Appearance inspection The electrical installation of the test product (such as the model, specification, welding position of components, busbar arrangement phase sequence, line wiring, color and logo) shall comply with the requirements of relevant standards and design drawings, and its code shall be indicated; b. The quality of the surface coating and paint layer of the parts, components and components of the test product shall comply with the requirements of relevant standards and design drawings. Dimension inspection The assembly dimensions of the parts, components, components and accessories of the test product shall comply with the dimensions and tolerances specified in the design drawings or relevant standards; the electrical clearance, creepage distance and assembly spacing of the test product shall comply with the requirements specified in relevant standards. Manufacturing quality inspection Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 26, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993 JB/T 6328—1992 The components, welding and assembly of the test product must be firm; the protection measures for the test product to prevent electric shock to human body shall comply with the requirements of relevant standards, and the inspection contents shall include shell protection, grounding device, etc.; the quality of printed circuit boards, plug-ins and drawers in the test product should have good contact and be firmly installed, which should comply with the requirements of relevant standards; the specifications of busbars, wires and cables used in various circuits of the test product and the terminal numbers should comply with the design drawings and the requirements of relevant standards, the connection points should have good contact, the numbers should be clear and not faded; all electrical operating mechanisms, mechanical transmission mechanisms and mechanical interlocking devices of the test product should operate flexibly and correctly, and have a certain adjustment margin; The quantity and model specifications of the spare parts of the test product should comply with the requirements of the design drawings and product manuals; the nameplates, labels and technical documents accompanying the test product should be complete and in good condition, and should comply with the requirements of relevant standards. g. 4.2 Wiring check The wiring check of the control circuit, measurement circuit, protection circuit and main circuit with a continuity detection instrument must comply with the requirements of the product design drawings. Insulation resistance measurement The insulation resistance between the low-voltage circuit and the ground and the casing, and between adjacent phases in the test product shall not be less than 1Ma. The insulation resistance between the high-voltage circuit and the ground and the casing and between the low-voltage circuit, and between adjacent phases in the high-voltage circuit, shall not be less than 10Mn. When there are semiconductor devices and capacitors in the circuit, they should be removed or short-circuited in advance. The insulation resistance is carried out before and after the dielectric strength test, and its value is not evaluated, but only used as a reference during the dielectric test. When measuring the insulation resistance, the voltage level of the megohmmeter used should be determined according to the rated voltage of the circuit, see Table 1.
