GB/T 15036. 1--2001
GB/T15036.1~15036.6-1994 "Solid Wood Floor Blocks" has been implemented for six years since October 1, 1994. It has played an important role in the production, distribution, use and foreign trade of solid wood flooring in my country. In recent years, due to the progress of science and technology and the development of the market economy, the production of solid wood flooring in my country has developed rapidly. The original standard is no longer suitable for the needs of the development of the situation and it is necessary to revise it. The important revisions and additions to the previous version of this standard are: merging the six standards of the previous version into two standards; deleting the content of vertical wood floor blocks; expanding the applicable tree species and adding the content of painted solid wood flooring; simplifying the parameter indicators in the original standard, and only retaining a few main inspection indicators such as length, width and thickness; relaxing the requirements for knots in terms of material defects, while tightening the restrictions on cracks and decay; canceling the content on wood hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance.
Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard will replace GB/T15036.1~15036.5-1994 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the State Forestry Administration.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Timber Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by the Saw Timber Subcommittee of the China Timber Standardization Technical Committee and the Flooring Committee of the China Forest Products Industry Association. The drafting units of this standard include: Zhejiang Shaoxing Fudeli Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Dazhuang Flooring Co., Ltd., Shanghai Anxin Flooring Co., Ltd., Shanghai Timber Industry Research Institute, and the Bamboo and Wood Products Furniture Professional Committee of the Yunnan Quality Inspection Association. The main drafters of this standard include: Wang Tieli, Lv Bin, Meng Rongfu, Lin Hai, Lu Weiguang, Zhang Ji, Fang Chongrong, and Zhang Zhiwen. This standard is interpreted by the China Timber Standardization Technical Committee. 1 Scope

7.1 Packaging
When the products are put into the warehouse, they should be sealed with polyethylene blown film according to the tree species, specifications, batch number, grade and quantity, and then packed into cardboard boxes or packaging bags, and the product quality inspection certificate should be packed at the same time, and tied with polyethylene or polypropylene plastic straps. If there are special requirements for packaging, it can be agreed by both the supply and demand parties.
7.2 Marking
The product packaging box or packaging bag should be printed or affixed with clear and non-detachable markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, address, implementation standard number, product name, specification, wood name, grade, quantity (m\) and batch number in Chinese. 7.3 Transportation and Storage
During transportation and storage, the products should be stacked flat to prevent stains, moisture, rain, and sun protection, water resistance, fire protection, and insect protection. A1
