Among them, the viscosity and fineness of liquid paint, the color and appearance of the paint film, hardness, resistance to liquid media (salt water resistance), resistance to nitrocellulose, cupping test, adhesion, drying time (surface drying, dry grinding without marks) are listed as factory inspection items. During normal production, type inspection is carried out once a year. 5.2 The products shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory shall meet the technical requirements of this standard. The products shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions shall be attached. 5.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, When the technical requirements of this standard are met, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly resample and retest according to GB3186. If the product still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product shall be deemed unqualified and the receiving department shall have the right to return the product. HG/T2009—91 5.4 The product shall be sampled according to the provisions of GB3186. The sample shall be divided into two parts, one for sealed storage and future reference, and the other for inspection. 5.5 The supplier and the buyer shall check and verify the product packaging, quantity and marking. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the marking does not meet the requirements, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. 5.6 When a dispute arises between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the product quality supervision agency shall conduct arbitration inspection. 6 Marking Perform in accordance with GB9750. 7 Packaging, purchase, storage and transportation 7.1 The product should be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container, with the filling volume not exceeding 95% of the volume. When storing the product, it should be kept ventilated, dry, and protected from direct sunlight, and should be isolated from fire and heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down. 7.2 When transporting the product, it should be protected from rain and sunlight, and should comply with relevant regulations. 7.3 The product has an effective storage period of one year from the date of production under the storage conditions in accordance with Articles 7.1 and 7.2. If the storage period exceeds the limit, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard, and it can still be used if the results meet the requirements. 8 Safety, hygiene and environmental protection regulations The paint contains organic solvents such as 200 solvent oil and xylene, which are flammable liquids and have certain toxicity. Attention should be paid to ventilation at the construction site, and measures such as fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention should be taken. The safe operation procedures and relevant regulations for coating operations should be followed. The maximum allowable concentration of toxic substances in the air of the construction site and the explosion and fire protection parameters are listed in Table 2: Table 2 Explosion limit (volume) 200 Solvent oil Maximum allowable concentration Maximum explosion pressure Explosion hazard Autoignition point HG/T2009-91 Appendix A Construction reference (reference part) A1 This paint can be applied by brush or spray. When spraying, use X-6 alkyd paint thinner or xylene as thinner to adjust the construction viscosity. Turpentine can be used as thinner when brushing. When the construction piece is small, the paint film should not be too thick. After coating, drying under the drying condition of 105 ± 2℃ for 0.5h can make the paint film performance better. Matching topcoats are alkyd enamel, amino baking varnish, asphalt baking varnish, nitro lacquer, etc. Additional notes: This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China.
