Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 5287.3-1991 Disc-type latex separator Published on 1991-07-22 Implemented on 1992-07-01 Disc-type latex separator 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T5287.3-1991 This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements and performance test methods of disc-type artificial slag discharge type latex separator. This standard applies to disc-type latex separators (hereinafter referred to as separators) that concentrate natural latex by ammonia preservation centrifugation. 2 Cited standards GB1497 GB7781 GB8289 GB8290 GB8299 GB10897 GB10898 3 Terms Basic standards for low-voltage electrical appliances Method for compiling models of separators Specifications of natural concentrated latex with ammonia preservation and centrifugal latex Sampling of natural concentrated latex Determination of dry rubber content of natural concentrated latex Technical conditions for disc separators Test methods for disc separators Tropical small and medium-sized motors 3.1 Rated processing capacity The amount of natural latex passed through the separator under rated conditions per unit time. 3.2 Rated operating conditions The operating conditions when the separator is at rated speed, the dry rubber content in natural latex is not less than 30% (not less than 25% for domestic latex), the dry rubber content in concentrated latex is not less than the requirements of GB8289, and the dry rubber yield reaches the design requirements. 3.3 Dry rubber yield The ratio of the dry rubber content obtained in concentrated latex to the total dry rubber content in natural latex entering the separator is also called drum separation efficiency. 4 Type and basic parameters 4.1 Type and structure The type and structure of the separator shall comply with the requirements of GB7781 and Figure 1. Table 1 DRR400 Nominal diameter 4.3 Product model indication method Equivalent sedimentation area X10°cm2 7000~7500 4.3.1 The separator model indication method shall comply with the provisions of GB77814.3.2 Marking example: 80~100 Rated processing capacity||tt| |300~600 The nominal diameter of the drum is 400mm, the equivalent sedimentation area is 100×10°cm2, it is used to concentrate natural rubber latex, the inlet and outlet are open, and the gear-driven artificial slag type separator is marked as: 5 Technical requirements JB/T5287.3-1991 5.1 The design and manufacture of the separator shall comply with this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The separator shall be able to adapt to the following environmental conditions: 5.2.1 The use environment is a humid tropical working condition, namely: a. The annual maximum working environment temperature is 40℃: b. The average maximum relative humidity of the working environment relative humidity in the wettest month is not more than 95% (at 25℃); c. There is condensation and mold in the working environment; d. There is ammonia in the working environment. 5.2.2 The temperature is room temperature when concentrating natural rubber latex. 5.3 Performance requirements 5.3.1 The general requirements for the performance of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 of GB10897. 5.3.2 The processing capacity and separation effect of the separator shall comply with the following provisions: 5.3.2.1 When the separator concentrates natural latex under rated conditions, when the dry rubber content in the natural latex is not less than 30% (for domestic latex, it is not less than 25%), the dry rubber content of the concentrated latex shall not be less than 60%. 5.3.2.2 When the separator concentrates natural latex under rated conditions, when the dry rubber content in the natural latex is not less than 30%, the dry rubber yield shall not be less than 88%; when the dry rubber content is not less than 25%, the dry rubber yield shall not be less than 84%. 5.3.2.3 The processing capacity of the separator under rated conditions shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3.3 The time for the separator to reach the rated speed after starting shall not exceed 10 minutes. 5.3.4 The separator should be equipped with a magnetic brake device. The time for the drum to stop rotating at full speed should not exceed 4 minutes. 5.4 Safety, sanitation and environmental protection requirements 5.4.1 The general requirements for safety, sanitation and environmental protection of the separator should comply with the provisions of Article 3.4 of GB10897. 5.4.2 When the separator uses magnetic brake, the relative position of the drum and the cone surface of the vertical shaft should not be displaced. 5.4.3 The motor and electrical control box of the separator should meet the use requirements under the specified environmental conditions and comply with the relevant provisions of GB1497 and JB833. 5.5 Appearance quality requirements The appearance quality requirements of the separator should comply with the provisions of Article 3.5 of GB10897. 5.6 Material requirements The materials used in the separator should comply with the provisions of Article 3.6 of GB10897. 5.7 Manufacturing process requirements The manufacturing process requirements of the separator shall comply with Article 3.7 of GB10897. 6 Test methods 6.1 The general test methods for the mechanical properties of the separator shall comply with Chapter 7 of GB10898. 6.2 Test methods for separation performance 6.2.1 When the separator is running under rated conditions, the natural rubber latex is tested to determine: a. Separation effect; b. Rated processing capacity. JB/T5287.3-1991 6.2.2 The sampling of separation effect samples of the separator shall comply with the following provisions: 6.2.2.1 The sampling of separation effect samples when concentrating natural rubber latex shall be carried out outside the inlet and outlet pipes when the separator is running: sampling three times during continuous operation, the specific time is: a. The first sampling is 10 minutes after starting the machine and feeding; b. The second sampling is 1 hour after starting the machine: c. The third sampling is 10 minutes before stopping the machine. 6.2.2.2 The mechanical operation and sample preparation during sampling shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB8290. 6.2.3 The test of the sample of the separator under rated working conditions shall comply with the following provisions: 6.2.3.1 The determination method of dry rubber content in concentrated latex, skim and natural latex shall comply with the provisions of GB8299. 6.2.3.2 The dry rubber yield of the separator shall be calculated according to the following formula: Where: Dry rubber yield, % C Dry rubber content in concentrated latex, % F Dry rubber content in natural latex, % S Rubber content in clear rubber, %. C(F - S) ×100% F(CS) 6.2.4 The rated processing capacity of the separator shall be determined by the volumetric method or the weighing method. The measurement time shall not be less than 5 minutes, and the arithmetic mean of the three measurement data shall be taken. Inspection rules The general inspection rules for the performance of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB10897. 7.13 7.2 Inspection rules for separation performance 7.2.1 The separation performance test of the separator shall be carried out in the rubber factory (farm), and the test conditions shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.2 of this standard. 7.2.2 The separation effect and processing capacity of the separator under rated working conditions shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3.2 of this standard. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB10897.
