ICS 47. 020. 50 Registration No.: 77082000 Ship Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CB/T431-2000 Replaces CB431-66 Derrick boom for anchor Published on September 20, 2000 Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense Implemented on January 1, 2001 CB/T431-2000 This standard is a revision of CB431-66 "Derrick boom". The main contents of this revision are: 1. Added materials, including aluminum paste copper and stainless steel in addition to carbon structural steel. 2. The types have been increased, that is, the single steel pipe structure has been expanded to an I-beam structure suitable for hanging anchors and other items, and the types have been increased from the original 2 to 3. 3. The specifications have been increased, from the original 7 specifications with a working load of 100~1000kg to 18 specifications with a working load of 100~1500kg. 4. The structure that is easy to maintain and rotate around the column has been added. This standard replaces CB431-66 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Ships and Boats. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. The drafting unit of this standard: China Shipbuilding. The main drafters of this standard: Song Ren and Li Fu. This standard was first issued in 1960 and revised for the first time in March 1966 (also replacing CB181~18360). 1 Specification CB/T431—2000 Anchor rod This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and transportation of anchor rods. This standard is mainly applicable to the design, manufacture and acceptance of lifting rods for lifting anchors, and also to lifting rods for lifting other objects. 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. The color paint shall be applied after installation on the ship, and all rotating parts shall be coated with lubricating oil. 5 Test method 5.1 The test method for chemical composition and mechanical properties of the column, boom and suspender of the anchor rod shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T699 and GB/T8162. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.1. 5.2 The appearance quality of the anchor rod shall be checked with a nail. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.2, 4.3 and 4.6. 5 CB/T431-2000 5.3 The anchor rod shall be hoisted with rated load, rotated back and forth 3 to 5 times, and its rotation flexibility shall be checked. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.4. 5.4 The anchor rod shall be hoisted with 1.5 times the rated load, the loading time shall not be less than 10 minutes, and rotated back and forth 3 to 5 times to check the rotation flexibility. After removing the load, check the flexibility and deformation of rotation. The results should meet the requirements of 4.5. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification The inspection of anchor rods is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.2 Type inspection Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations: a) Trial design identification when new products or old products are transferred to the factory; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in the process and materials of major parts, which may affect the product performance; c) When the national technical supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.2.1 Inspection items The inspection items of type inspection are shown in Table 7. 6.2.2 Number of inspection samples The samples for type inspection are generally not less than 2 pieces. 6.2.3 Judgment rules When all inspection items of all samples meet the requirements, they are judged to be qualified for type inspection. If items that do not meet the requirements are found in the samples, it is allowed to re-inspect the item and related items after finding out the cause and eliminating the fault. If there are still items that do not meet the requirements during the re-inspection, the type inspection is considered unqualified. 6.3 Factory inspection 6.3.1 Inspection items Inspection items for factory inspection are shown in Table 7. Table 7 Inspection items Inspection items Chemical composition and mechanical properties of materials for columns, suspension rods and suspension arms Appearance quality Rated load recommendation Overload Required article number Test method article number Type inspection 4.2, 4.3, 4.6 Note: The symbol "" in the table indicates the items to be inspected, and "—" indicates the items not to be inspected. 6.3.2 Sampling plan Each anchor rod shall be inspected before delivery. 6.3.3 Judgment rules Factory inspection Anchor rods that meet all the inspection items are judged as qualified products: If any items that do not meet the requirements are found, it is allowed to find out the reasons, eliminate the faults, and re-inspect. If it is still unqualified, the anchor rod is an unqualified product. 7 Marking, packaging and transportation 7.1 Anchor rod products should have the following markings: a) manufacturer's name or trademark; b) model and standard number; c) rated load; d) manufacturing date, e) inspection seal. CB/T431-2000 Anchor rods should be packaged in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13384 and meet the requirements of loading, unloading and transportation. 3 The shipping and receiving marks of the transport packaging should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6388. 7.3 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
