This standard is in addition to and replaces JB/T8850.1-1999, JB/385U.2—1999 Technical Specifications for Vibration Mills.
Compared with JB/T8850.1—1999 and B/T8850.2—1999, the main technical contents of this standard have been changed as follows: 1. The electrical safety performance of vibration mill has been added to the technical requirements: 2. The contents of the test methods and inspection rules have been enriched and completed. This standard replaces JH8850.1-1999 and JB/T8850.2-1999 from the date of implementation. 4 Technical requirements

4.1 The vibration mill shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be included in the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Material requirements for main metal structural parts and mother parts 4.1.1 The main metal structural parts and parts of the vibration mill shall have a certificate of conformity. If there is no certificate of conformity, they can be used after being inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer.
4.2.2 The materials of the main metal structural parts and parts of the vibration mill shall comply with the requirements of this standard. It is allowed to substitute materials of equivalent or better quality, but the consent of the design department shall be required.
4.3.3 The main purchased parts and standard parts shall comply with the design requirements and have a certificate of conformity. 4.2.4 The materials used for the main components of the metal structure shall not be lower than Q235-A steel in GB/T7, and 16mm shavings shall comply with the provisions of Taiwan Standard 1591.
4.7.5 The material of the center shaft shall not be lower than 45 steel in GB/T699. 4.2.6 The material of the lock bolt shall not be lower than GB3040Cr steel, and the heat treatment hardness shall meet the standard. No defects such as cracks are allowed.
4.2.7 The material composition of the metal spring shall not exceed 60S12M in GB/12224.3 Spring general requirements
Vibration wear springs can be made of metal springs, rubber composite springs, and rubber air springs. Metal springs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1239.2: Rubber composite springs shall comply with the provisions of J13/TB5B4. The housing of the electrical equipment shall be reliably grounded, and the resistance between it and the electrical connection point of the equipment housing shall not be greater than 0.1. b) The insulation resistance of electrical components and control circuits shall not be less than 1MQ. ) The electrical equipment must be subjected to a withstand voltage test of AC1000V, 50Hz, for 19 hours. 4.8.4 The quality of the vibration mill must meet the relevant provisions of 500012. 5 Test methods 5.1 Before the test, check the following: a) The certificates or inspection reports of the main screen components and other parts specified in 42.1 of this standard: b) The certificates or inspection reports of the main purchased parts, standard parts, and main materials and welding rods specified in 4.2.3, 4.2.4, 4.2.5, 4.2.6, 4.2.7, 4.3, and 4.5.3 of this standard: s) The inspection reports specified in 4.4.1, 44.2, 4.5.1, and 4.6 of this standard. 5.2 The appearance quality requirements specified in 4.8.4 of this standard shall be visually inspected. 5.3 The test method in 4.5.2 of this standard is to fill water in the water-passing parts and use a pressure tester to make the water pressure reach 0.39MPa for 30 minutes. No time is allowed to exceed.
5.4 The whole machine test specified in 4.8 of this standard shall be installed with grinding media according to the requirements of 3.3, and the vibration wall shall be adjusted. The continuous operation time shall not be less than 2h: 5.5 The test method in 44.4 of this standard is to first run the whole machine and then stop it, and use a stopwatch or electric stopwatch to measure the time. 5.6 The test method in 48.1b) of this standard is to measure the amplitude of the vibration on the frame during the whole machine test. 5. The quality requirements specified in 4.7 of this standard are met. The sealing conditions of various parts of the whole machine are visually checked during the test: 5.8 The test methods of 4.8. 6.1 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and test inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Inspection items:
) Carry out data inspection according to the requirements of 5.1;
b) Carry out inspection according to the requirements of 4.4.3, 4.5.2, 4.8.14.8.2, 4.8.3u), 4.8.3b), and 4.8.4. 5

6.2.2 If any non-conforming product is found during the inspection, it shall be returned for adjustment and then put forward for inspection. If it still does not meet the standards, it shall be judged as a non-conforming product.
6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a) During trial production and appraisal of new products; b) After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and process that may affect product performance; d) During normal production, an inspection shall be carried out periodically or after a certain output has been accumulated; d) When the product is stopped for two years and production is resumed; d) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection request. 6.3.2 Type inspection items shall include All requirements of this standard are included. 6.3.3 One type inspection prototype shall be selected from the qualified products shipped out of the factory. If there are unqualified items during the inspection, it shall be returned for repair and inspection. 7.1 Marking
7.1.1 A product label shall be fixed on a conspicuous position of each vibration grinding machine. 7.1.2 The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of 6B13306. 7.1.3 Label content:

c) Product number:
d) Date of production:
) Name of the manufacturing unit.
7.1.4 Packaging mark
The receiving mark and storage and transportation icon mark on the packaging box shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GD/T6399 and G19. 7.2 Packaging
2.1 The product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GBT13384. 7.2.2 The product shall be positioned and fastened with a wooden block and a bracket in the packaging box. 7.2.3 The product packaging shall be accompanied by a product certificate, instruction manual, packing list, random documents, and accessory list. All random documents shall be packaged in plastic bags.
7.2.4 The storage validity period of the product packaging shall be guaranteed to be 6 months from the month of shipment. 7.3 Transportation
The product shall not be allowed to be turned over during loading and unloading, and shall be covered during transportation, which shall comply with the provisions of GBT9174. 7.4 Storage
After packaging, the product shall be stored in a room or shed without corrosive gas, dry and ventilated, and avoid snow. 8. Manufacturing Guarantee
Under the condition that the user complies with the storage, custody, installation and use regulations, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts (except for the camera shop) free of charge within [2 months] from the date of shipment from the manufacturer or within 6 months of installation and use during this period.2 All water-passing parts shall be subjected to water pressure test, and the water pressure shall not be less than 0.39MPa. 4.5.3 The welding rods, welding rods and fluxes used for the welded structural parts shall be compatible with the welding materials and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5117 and GB/5118.

7.1 Marking

7.1.4 Packaging mark
The receiving mark and storage and transportation icon mark on the packaging box shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GD/T6399 and G19. 7.2 Packagingwww.bzxz.net
2.1 The product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GBT13384. 7.2.2 The product shall be positioned and fastened with a wooden block and a bracket in the packaging box. 7.2.3 The product packaging shall be accompanied by a product certificate, instruction manual, packing list, random documents, and accessory list. All random documents shall be packaged in plastic bags.
7.2.4 The storage validity period of the product packaging shall be guaranteed to be 6 months from the month of shipment. 7.3 Transportation
The product shall not be allowed to be turned over during loading and unloading, and shall be covered during transportation, which shall comply with the provisions of GBT9174. 7.4 Storage
After packaging, the product shall be stored in a room or shed without corrosive gas, dry and ventilated, and avoid snow. 8. Manufacturing Guarantee
Under the condition that the user complies with the storage, custody, installation and use regulations, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts (except for the camera shop) free of charge within [2 months] from the date of shipment from the manufacturer or within 6 months of installation and use during this period.2 All water-passing parts shall be subjected to water pressure test, and the water pressure shall not be less than 0.39MPa. 4.5.3 The welding rods, welding rods and fluxes used for the welded structural parts shall be compatible with the welding materials and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5117 and GB/5118.

7.1.4 Packaging mark
The receiving mark and storage and transportation icon mark on the packaging box shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GD/T6399 and G19. 7.2 Packaging
2.1 The product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GBT13384. 7.2.2 The product shall be positioned and fastened with a wooden block and a bracket in the packaging box. 7.2.3 The product packaging shall be accompanied by a product certificate, instruction manual, packing list, random documents, and accessory list. All random documents shall be packaged in plastic bags.
7.2.4 The storage validity period of the product packaging shall be guaranteed to be 6 months from the month of shipment. 7.3 Transportation
The product shall not be allowed to be turned over during loading and unloading, and shall be covered during transportation, which shall comply with the provisions of GBT9174. 7.4 Storage
After packaging, the product shall be stored in a room or shed without corrosive gas, dry and ventilated, and avoid snow. 8. Manufacturing Guarantee
Under the condition that the user complies with the storage, custody, installation and use regulations, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts (except for the camera shop) free of charge within [2 months] from the date of shipment from the manufacturer or within 6 months of installation and use during this period.5.3. Required purchased parts. Qualification certificate or inspection report of standard parts, required materials and welding rods: s) Inspection report specified in 4.4.1, 44.2, 4.5.1 and 4.6 of this standard. 5.2 The appearance quality requirements specified in 4.8.4 of this standard shall be checked by visual inspection. 5.3 The test method of 4.5.2 of this standard shall be filled with water at the water-passing parts, and the water pressure shall be made to reach 0.39MPa by using a pressure tester for a period of 30 minutes, and no time shall be exceeded.
5.4 The whole machine test specified in 4.8 of this standard shall be installed with grinding media according to the requirements specified in 3.3, and the vibration wall shall be adjusted to avoid continuous operation time of not less than 2 hours: 5.5 The test method of 44.4 of this standard is to stop the whole machine after it is running, and then use a stopwatch or electric stopwatch to measure the time. 5.6 The test method of 48.1b) of this standard shall be measured by the amplitude plate on the frame during the whole machine test. 5. The quality requirements specified in 4.7 of this standard are met. The sealing conditions of various parts of the whole machine are visually checked during the test: 5.8 The test methods of 4.8.
