Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7761.1-95 Diesel engine fuel injection pump Automatic fuel supply angle advancer Technical conditions Published on June 16, 1995 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on July 1, 1996 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Diesel engine fuel injection pump Automatic fuel supply angle advancer Technical conditions 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T 7761.1--95 Replaces ZB J94 001~87 This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the centrifugal automatic fuel supply angle advancer (hereinafter referred to as advancer) directly connected to the diesel engine fuel injection pump. This standard applies to advancers for diesel engine fuel injection pumps. 2 Reference standards GB2828 GB2829 JB/T3923 Count sampling procedures and sampling tables for batch inspection (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)Count sampling procedures and sampling tables for periodic inspection (applicable to inspection of production process stability)Types and basic dimensions of diesel engine fuel injection pump couplingsJB/T50063Reliability assessment and evaluation methods, bench test methods, fault classification and judgment rules for automatic advancers of diesel engine fuel injection pumps 3 Technical requirements 3.1 The advancers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The surface color of the advancer must be uniform and free of cracks, nodules, burrs and rust. 3.3 The connection method and installation dimensions of the advancer shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3 of JB/T3923. 3.4 The moving parts of the advancer should be flexible during operation and should not have any blocking phenomenon. 3.5 The advancer with separate lubrication should have good sealing performance and no leakage is allowed during operation. 3.6 Advancer characteristics The advancer characteristics should be measured when the injection pump assembly is calibrated at the fuel supply position. The deviation of the advancer characteristic parameters The speed deviation of the advancer starting to work is ±50r/min (injection pump camshaft speed): the allowable deviation of the advance angle corresponding to each speed of the advance characteristic is ±0.5 (injection pump camshaft rotation angle); b. The angle difference of the recovery characteristic should not be greater than 0.3\ (injection pump camshaft rotation angle). 3.7 The cleanliness limit of the separately lubricated advancer is 35mg. 3.8 Reliability of the advancer 3.8.1 The reliability index (MTBF, MTTFF, Bs. limit life) value of the advancer should be the same as that of the injection ticket assembly or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 3.8.2 The calculation method of the reliability index of the advancer is in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.1 of JB/T50063. 3.9 If the user complies with the installation, maintenance and use rules specified in the instruction manual, the warranty period of the advancer is 10×10+km (or 2500h). The service life should be the same as the fuel injection assembly or as agreed by the supply and demand parties. Within the warranty period or within 18 months from the date of leaving the factory, if the parts are damaged or cannot be used normally due to the responsibility of the auxiliary factory, the manufacturer shall replace or repair them for the user free of charge. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 16, 1995 Implementation on July 1, 1996 4 Inspection rules JB/T7761.1-95 4.1 For each advancer, the manufacturer shall inspect it according to the technical requirements of this standard, product drawings and technical documents, and attach a product quality certificate before it can leave the factory. 4.2 The factory inspection items are 3.2.3.4, 3.5 and 3.6. If other items of technical requirements need to be inspected, they should be agreed with the manufacturer in advance. The advancer shall not be disassembled during the delivery and acceptance of each batch. The sampling rules for factory inspection and the judgment of whether it is qualified or not shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. 4.3 4.4 The sampling rules for type inspection and the judgment of whether it is qualified or not shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2829. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 Marking There should be obvious markings on the prominent parts of each advancer. During the service life, the handwriting and lines of the marking must remain clear. The marking content must include: a. Manufacturer's name (or factory mark) or trademark; b. Product model and specifications. 5.2 Packaging The advancer must be treated with corrosion protection and packed in a bag or box that can prevent damage and dirt from entering, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate signed by the manufacturer and inspector and relevant factory documents. The advancers packed in the bag or box shall be packed in a sturdy packing box in batches. The outer surface of the packing box and box shall be clearly marked with: Manufacturer name (or factory logo) or trademark; Product name and model, Quantity: Packing year and month;bzxZ.net Manufacturer address. The total weight of each box shall not exceed 50kg The packaging shall have conventional signs such as "rainproof", "moisture-proof" and "handle with care". 5.3 Transportation and storage The advancer shall not be transported and stored together with acid, or other chemicals that can cause product corrosion, and shall be stored in a ventilated, dry and dust-proof warehouse. The advancer shall be guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free from rust within one year from the date of leaving the factory under normal storage conditions.
