Revision Notes
This specification is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 (1986), and is specifically compiled by the Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering Standard Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry in conjunction with relevant units. During the revision process, the specification group conducted extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the original specification, absorbed some scientific research results, and widely solicited opinions from relevant units across the country. Finally, our department reviewed and finalized the draft together with relevant departments. This specification is divided into four chapters and two appendices. The main contents of this revision are: 1. Added combined cold storage, eliminated steam jet refrigeration equipment and cold storage, etc., and expanded the scope of application of this specification; 2. According to the manufacturing standards equivalent to international or foreign advanced technologies recently formulated by the refrigeration equipment and air separation equipment manufacturing industry, revised the corresponding installation and construction acceptance specifications,
3. Enriched the relevant content, such as the system test run of refrigeration equipment, purge, air tightness, vacuum test and ammonia filling leak detection, etc., the bare cold test and system test run of air separation equipment have been greatly modified;
4. Adopted effective construction methods and construction processes, eliminated the more backward methods and processes. For example, for the welding of refrigerant pipelines, the methods of argon arc welding for bottom sealing and arc welding for surface covering are promoted: the method of checking leakage by pressure drop, the specific gravity index of refrigerant water after mixing with lithium bromide, etc.
5. The measurement units, nouns and terms have been greatly modified according to the current national standards and the industry standards for refrigeration equipment and air separation equipment manufacturing. During the implementation of this specification, if any modification or supplement is found, please send your opinions and relevant materials to the Machinery Industry Installation Engineering Standard Quota Station and the Management Group of "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Refrigeration Equipment and Air Separation Equipment Installation Engineering" (Address: No. 277 Wangfujing Street, Beijing, Postal Code: 100740) for reference in future revisions.
