After free fall, read its rebound height value (the value reached on the top of the ball). Each ball is tested 10 times, and the arithmetic average is taken as the rebound height value. 5.6 Appearance inspection Mainly by visual inspection, trademarks, patterns, colors should meet the requirements of product drawings. Steel rulers can be used when necessary. The indoor light should be sufficient and the viewing distance should be 300mm. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.5 of the technical requirements are sampled and inspected by production batches, and 4.6 appearance indicators are inspected piece by piece. 6.2.2 Sampling is carried out in accordance with GB/T 2828, using the normal one-time sampling plan of general inspection level I, and the inspection unit is "piece". 6.2.3 Inspection items, technical requirements, test methods, and acceptable quality level (AQL) values are shown in Table 5. Table 5 Circumference and circumference difference Rebound height Technical requirements clause Test method clause 6.2.4 Products must be inspected and approved by the manufacturer’s inspection department before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory with a certificate of conformity. 6.3 Type inspection Acceptable quality level (AQL) 6.3.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2829, using a single sampling plan of discrimination level I, and the inspection unit is "". 6.3.2 Inspection items, technical requirements, test methods, unacceptable quality level (RQL) values, and judgment arrays are shown in Table 6. Table 6 Airtightness Technical requirements Clauses Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. Test method clauses Trial determination and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; unacceptable quality level (RQL) After formal production, if the structure, material, or process has been greatly changed When there is a change that may affect product performance, during normal production, an inspection shall be carried out every 6 months; when the product is stopped for a long time and production is resumed; when there is a large difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage Discrimination array Inner packaging should be packed with plastic film or soft paper and moisture-proof paper, and the outer packaging should be packed with plastic woven bags or double corrugated paper boxes that meet the requirements of Class 1 and Class 2330 in GB/T6543. QB/T 1469--1992 7.2 Each ball must be marked with the production unit, registered trademark, product name, product grade, code, ball number and attached with a certificate of conformity, etc. The outer packaging box should comply with the relevant provisions of GB191 and GB/T6388. 7.3 During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, moisture and pollution, and isolated from organic solvents to prevent deterioration. 7.4 The storage warehouse should be ventilated and dry. The product should be stored 30cm from the ground, 20cm from the wall, and 100cm from the roof. Volatile oils and organic solvents should be isolated. 7.5 Under the above conditions, the shelf life is 18 months (from the date of manufacture).
