3.1 Type
Driven by an electric motor, the punch is driven to reciprocate up and down through a crank-connecting rod mechanism; the punch and the base are equipped with a movable clamping die device, which can replace the die according to the type of large white button, and a start-up interlocking mechanism is provided. 3.2 Classification
According to the punch guide form, it can be divided into:
V-shaped guide;
Cylindrical guide.
3.3 Main technical parameters

3.4 Model
The model compilation regulations are as follows:
Times/min
Improved design sequence number, classification code is expressed in Arabic numerals, "V" is V-shaped guide; "Y" is cylindrical guide upper die hole
Lower die hole
Name code, "ZD" is the first Chinese pinyin letter of "装" and "钉" in the big white button nailing machine. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 14, 1992 38

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance quality
QB/T1481
4.1.1 The surface of the painted parts should be flat and uniform in color, and there should be no obvious flow marks, blistering, peeling and bumps on the main visible parts. 4.1.2 The nameplate should have clear graphics and text, correct position, and no obvious scratches. 4.1.3 The surface of the electroplated parts should be flat and smooth, with uniform color, and should not have defects such as missing plating, peeling, spots, scratches and rust. 4.1.4 The surface of the oxidized parts should have uniform color, and should not have defects such as blanks, sediment spots, scratches and rust. 4.2 Safety performance
4.2.1 The insulation resistance value should be greater than 1MQ.
4.2.2 There should be reliable grounding terminals and grounding marks. 4.3 Machine performance
4.3.1 When the nailing machine is working, all moving parts should move flexibly and without jamming. 4.3.2 Under no-load conditions, the sound pressure level of operating noise is not greater than 80dB(A). 4.3.3 When the punch is at the lower limit point, the gap between the slider and the guide rail should not exceed 0.08mm. 4.3.4 The coaxiality tolerance of the upper and lower die positioning holes to the common axis of the two holes should be: V-shaped guide, $0.1, cylindrical guide, $0.30M. 4.3.5 The machine should have a hand-release foot pedal device. That is, after removing the wrench by hand, step on the foot switch, the punch can work. 4.4 Performance in use
After being nailed, the large white buckle should be firmly riveted, the buckle shape should not change, and there should be no damage at the riveted joint. 5 Test methods
5.1 Appearance quality
Test methods in 4.1.1 to 4.1.4 of this standard: visually inspect the quality of the product under the conditions of illuminance of 600±200lx and inspection distance of 500mm. 5.2 Safety performance
5.2.1 Test methods in 4.2.1 of this standard
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of Article 13.1 of GB/T5226. 5.2.2 Test methods in 4.2.2 of this standard
Visually inspect the quality of the product.
5.3 Machine performance
5.3.1 Test methods in 4.3.1 of this standard
Start the motor and move the punch up and down 30 times continuously, visually inspect the quality of the product. 5.3.2 Test method in Article 4.3.2 of this standard
5.3.2.1 Test conditions
Fill with lubricating oil and run at no load for 2 minutes;
The distance between the nailing machine and the surrounding objects is not less than 1m. The nailing machine is in the state of up and down movement of the punch; The sound pressure level of the background interference noise should be at least 10dB(A) lower than the sound pressure level of the machine noise; The microphone is 1.0m above the ground and parallel to the horizontal plane. The measurement point position is shown in Figure 1. 39
Machine (looking down)
5.3.2.2 Test instrument
A sound level meter with an accuracy of ±0.7dB(A).
5.3.2.3 Test value
QB/T1481—1992
The noise value measured at the four measurement points shall be the maximum value. 5.3.3 Test method in clause 4.3.3 of this standard
Measuring points (4 places)
When the punch is at the lower limit point, push one side of the slider by hand and measure the gap on the other side with a feeler gauge. Then, push the slider in the opposite direction and measure the gap on the other side. Take the larger value of the two measured values. 5.3.4 Test method in clause 4.3.4 of this standard
Use a special coaxiality measuring mandrel to measure. First, move the punch up to the upper limit point, then insert the upper end of the mandrel into the upper die positioning hole, then turn the pulley to move the mandrel down and slowly insert it into the lower die positioning hole. Visually check whether the lower end of the mandrel can be smoothly inserted into the lower die positioning hole. 5.3.5 Test method in clause 4.3.5 of this standard
Test five times according to the operating procedure.
5.4 Test method in clause 4.4 of this standard
Nail 10 large white buttons with a diameter of not less than 12 mm on the gabardine material and visually inspect. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Non-conformity classification
Non-conformity can be divided into: Class A non-conformity: extremely important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; Class B non-conformity: important quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements; Class C non-conformity: general quality characteristics of unit products do not meet the requirements. 6.3 Factory inspection
6.3.1 All products leaving the factory shall be inspected. 6.3.2 Inspection items
See Table 2 for inspection items and categories.
Inspection items
6.3.3 Qualification of individual products
QB/T1481--1992
Classification of non-conformities
A single product is considered qualified if it meets the following conditions: a.
No A or B non-conformities occur;
No more than one C non-conformity occurs. 6.4
Type inspection
Type inspection is generally carried out in one of the following situations. When new products are trial-produced and identified or old products are transferred to other factories for production, Category C
Inspection categories
Factory inspection
When formal production is in progress, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, it is conducted once a year;
When production is resumed after a one-year or more suspension (including one year): when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.4.2 Sample selection
Type inspection
Randomly select 4 sample units from a batch or batches manufactured in this cycle and qualified by factory inspection, inspect two of the sample units, and keep the other two sample units for inspection. 6.4.3 Inspection items
See Table 2 for inspection items and categories.
6.4.4 Type inspection qualification judgment
Type inspection is qualified when one of the following conditions is met: a.
The two sample units inspected do not have Class A unqualified items and one or more Class B unqualified items, nor do they have more than 4 Class C unqualified items, and the total number of unqualified items in one sample unit does not exceed 3; if the two sample units inspected do not have Class A unqualified items and two or more Class B unqualified items, nor do they have more than 5 b.
Class C unqualified items, and there is no more than one Class B unqualified item in one sample unit, and the total number of unqualified items does not exceed 4, then the same items of the other two sample units are allowed to be re-inspected, and all these items should be qualified. 41
