4 Technical requirements
4.1 Braking system sensitivity
-Paint
Use a 710mm bicycle
Use a unilateral force of 44.5N on the left and right brake handles of the vehicle, and the brake shoes can touch the wheels. After removing this force, the brake shoes can quickly return to their original positions.
4.2 Braking performance
It shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.5 of GB3565. 4.3 Combination strength of brake shoes and brake shoe box

When a static load of 294N in the longitudinal direction and 147N in the lateral direction is applied to the brake shoes, the brake shoes shall not fall out of the brake shoe box or crack. 4.4 Breaking force of short pull rod and front and rear pull tube assembly The connection between the pull tube joints of the front and rear brakes and the front and rear pull tubes and short pull rods should be firm, and the minimum breaking force is 980N. 4.5 Electroplating quality
Chrome parts: The front brake is a second-class part, and the rest are third-class parts. Inlaid parts: The left and right front gates, the left and rear gates, the left and right gate leather boxes are first-class parts, and the rest are second-class parts. 4.5.1 The appearance of electroplated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of QB/T1217: 4.5.2 The corrosion resistance of chrome-plated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of QB/T1217. 4.6 Oil quality

The finished vehicle used in the tests of this chapter shall comply with the provisions of GB3566, and the testing equipment and instruments used shall comply with the provisions of GB12712.
'5.1 Braking system flexibility test
This test shall be carried out on the finished vehicle. After the front and rear brakes are adjusted to the effective braking position, a braking force of 44.5N is applied vertically at 25mm from the end of the handlebar, and then observed and inspected. Repeat 5 times. 5.2 Braking performance test
According to the provisions of Chapter 22 of GB3565.
5.3 Brake shoe and brake shoe box strength test
5.3. Install the brake shoe and brake shoe box assembly on the special fixture I (the three-sealed brake shoe box opening is facing downward), and apply the horizontal static load at 1/2 of the brake shoe thickness as shown in the figure and. Then install the intermediate skin and the brake skin box assembly on the clamp II, and apply a lateral static load at 1/2 of the brake skin thickness as shown in Figure B. 5.4 Short pull rod two front and rear tube button life parts tensile test 5,41 The front and rear pull baskets of the store brake are connected to the fire, the front and rear pull pipes, the pull pipe upper joints and other red parts are assembled with the test pull rod, and the gate screws and nuts are tightened with a force of 11.76N㎡, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, and placed on the tensile machine for tensile testing. The tensile speed is 20mm/min. The short pull rod used in the test is a 3.5×2U0mm cold-drawn steel wire with chrome plating. Only one steel wire is used each year.

7.2.1 Products shipped should be accompanied by product certificates. 7.2.2 Each product should be packed in a single small package, an external carrier box or a common box, and then tied firmly with strapping tape or other methods.
