Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 12, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992 JB/T5950-91 The technical requirements of the hydraulic system shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3766. The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil tank shall not exceed 15mg/L. The closed hydraulic circuit of the milling machine shall be strictly kept clean, and the filtration accuracy of the hydraulic oil used shall be 10μm. The driving braking distance of the milling machine is 35m. The climbing ability of the milling machine shall not be less than 12%. The fuel consumption rate of the whole machine during operation shall comply with the provisions of JBn4198. The reliability of the whole machine shall meet the following requirements: a. The machine attendance rate shall not be less than 85%: The mean time between failures (MTBF) shall not be less than 200h. b. 3.19 The external lighting and signal devices of the milling machine shall meet the relevant provisions of GB4785. 3.20 The noise limit of the milling machine shall meet the provisions of JB3774.1. 3.21 The vibration limit of the driver's seat shall meet the provisions of GB8419. 3.22 The operating force of the joystick shall not exceed 120N. The exhaust smoke density and specific emission of the diesel engine shall meet the provisions of JBn4198. 4 Test method 4.1 Sealing of the whole machine Stop the milling machine after 3 hours of operation, and check whether there is oil or water leakage on each joint surface within 15 minutes. 4.2 Cleanliness of hydraulic oil tank 4.2.1 Use a 0.45μm filter to filter No. 120 industrial gasoline as cleaning liquid, soak and wash the 400-mesh copper wire filter, evaporate and dry at 100C, take it out and put it in a dryer, cool it at room temperature for 30 minutes, and then weigh it with a balance with an accuracy of more than 0.01g. 4.2.2 Clean the exposed part of the tank, then drain the oil in the tank, open the tank cover, remove the filter (net) in the tank, use an oil suction gun to suck the cleaning liquid, repeatedly rinse the inner wall of the tank, and filter all the oil discharged from the tank and all the cleaning liquid used for cleaning on the weighed filter. 4.2.3 Place the above filter in a 100±5℃ oven for 2h, then place it in a dryer, cool it at room temperature for 30min and weigh it on a flat surface. Subtract the original weight of the filter from the weight obtained to get the weight of the oil tank contents, which is divided by the volume of the discharged oil to get the cleanliness of the oil tank. 4.3 Vibration of the driver's seat The seat vibration test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8419. 4.4 The tests of other items are carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ85008. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The milling machine manufacturer shall conduct factory inspection, type test and regular inspection. 5.1.1 Factory inspection Each product must undergo factory inspection and can only be shipped after being confirmed as qualified. Factory inspection shall be strictly carried out in accordance with the factory test list compiled by the manufacturer. The whole machine shall be comprehensively inspected according to the drawings and documents, and no-load and load dynamic rotation tests shall be carried out to check the technical conditions of the main components and the working capacity of the whole machine. 5.1.1.1 Appearance inspection (the whole machine shall not be disassembled), and the following items shall be inspected: correctness and completeness of assembly; completeness of delivery of the whole machine, spare parts and random tools; acceptance or lead seal marks of each component; luan film color and appearance quality; welding quality; f.
