This standard is a revision of JB1664-75 "Permanent magnetic dewatering tank". Compared with JB1664-75, the main technical content of this standard is the addition of "top magnetic system" in the magnetic system type, and the expression method is given to distinguish "tower type magnetic system". This standard replaces JB1664-75 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shenyang Mineral Processing Machinery Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Li Wenqi, Wang Yanhua, Li Jun, Liu Yuheng and Huang Jialin. 1 ScopewwW.bzxz.Net

3.4 Basic parameters
JB/T1664-1999
Permanent magnetic dehydration trough
The basic parameters of the permanent magnetic dehydration trough shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
Body upper opening diameter
Technical requirements
CS-12D
CS-16D
CS-20D
4.1 Permanent magnetic dewatering troughs shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Each weld of the trough body, discharge box, etc. shall be welded firmly and fully welded. 4.3
The overflow weir at the upper opening of the trough body shall be in the same horizontal plane with a flatness tolerance of 4mm. The quality of the magnetic block shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9042. 4.4
4.5 The connection (or bonding) of the magnetic blocks in the magnetic system shall be firm and shall not be loose. The gaps between the magnetic blocks in the magnetic system shall be filled with non-magnetic conductive materials. 4.6
All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and cooperative parts must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. 4.7
5 Test method
5.1 The welds of the tank body and all welded parts shall be subjected to a water penetration test of 14.71kPa at normal pressure cS-30
5.2 When a tower-type magnetic system is used, the determination of the magnetic induction intensity in the working area is shown in Figure 1. Five points (five points are also taken when there are two rows of magnetic blocks) are measured with a Tesla meter. The average value is not less than 30mT and is qualified. Figure 1 Tower-type magnetic system magnetic induction intensity measurement position Figure 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Permanent magnetic dehydration tanks are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Each permanent magnetic dehydration tank must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. Documents proving the quality of the product should be attached when leaving the factory.
JB/T1664—1999
6.2.2 The factory inspection shall comply with the requirements of 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 of this standard. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 The permanent magnetic dehydration tank shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production and identification; b) When there are major changes in product structure, materials and processes after normal production; e) When the product is resumed after long-term suspension of production; d) When the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; e) When the national quality inspection agency puts forward the type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 The type inspection items shall include all the requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 The type inspection shall be conducted on one unit selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. 7 Marking, labeling and instruction manual
