Issued Issued by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on 1992-07-01 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Powder Metallurgy Gears for Oil Pumps of Internal Combustion EnginesbZxz.net Technical Conditions 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T5091-91 Generation NJ260-82 This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of powder metallurgy gears for oil pumps of internal combustion engines. This standard applies to the powder metallurgy external involute main and passive gears (hereinafter referred to as gears) of internal combustion engine oil. 2 Reference standards GB2828 GB4136 GB5163 GB 9097.1 GB10095 JB2797 3 Technical requirements Packing and transportation pictorial marking Determination of carbon content in iron and alloys Metal Brinell hardness test method Step-by-step inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to continuous batches of pull-check) Reduced iron powder for powder metallurgy Determination of density of permeable sintered metal materials Determination of apparent hardness of sintered metal materials (excluding cemented carbide) Part 1: Materials with basically uniform cross-sectional hardness Precision of involute cylindrical gears Powder metallurgy iron-based structural materials 3.1 Gears shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The gear material is FTG60-20 sintered medium carbon steel and FTG70Cu3-35 sintered copper steel, and its requirements should comply with the provisions of JB2797. 3.3 Gear density FTG60-20: should be greater than or equal to 6.5g/cm2: FTG70Cu3-35: should be greater than or equal to 6.5g/cm2 3.4 Gear apparent hardness FrG63-20; is 70~120HBS, FTG70Cu3-35: is 90~140HBS. 3.5 The single tooth breaking strength of the gear should be greater than or equal to 400MPa. 3.6 The rough precision of the gear surface is R, 0.8μm for both end faces; R, 1.6um for the tooth top circle surface and tooth surface; R, 1.6um for the inner hole surface, 3.7 The manufacturing precision of the gear shall not be lower than the 8-8-8 level specified in GB10095. The tooth thickness deviation code is G, K. 3.8 The dimensional tolerance of the inner hole of the gear shall be IT7 and shall comply with the provisions of Table B1 of GB10095. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 1, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992 JB/T5091-91 3.9 The radial runout of the gear cylindrical surface to the gear inner hole axis shall comply with the provisions of Table B2 of GB100953.10 The radial runout of the gear cylindrical surface to the gear matching hole (or shaft) surface shall comply with the provisions of Grade 8 in Table 1a of GB10095. 3.11 The axis parallelism tolerance of the gear pair and shall comply with the provisions of Table 9 of GB10095. 3.12 The limit deviation of the center distance of the gear pair ±J. shall comply with the provisions of Table 10 of GB10095. 3.13 The gear surface is not allowed to have defects such as peeling, cracks, pitting, bruises, inclusions and oxidation. 3.14 Within two years from the date of leaving the factory, the warranty period of the gear is 2000 hours under the condition of the user's correct use. If the damage is caused by manufacturing quality problems during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall be responsible for warranty, replacement and refund. Inspection regulations 4.1 Each gear shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 4.2 The chemical composition and physical and mechanical properties of the gear material shall comply with the provisions of GB223.1 and GB4136. 4.3 The apparent hardness (oil content) shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB9097.1. 4.4 The density shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB5136. 4.5 Inspection of single tooth breaking strength 4.5.1 The inspection method is shown in the figure. The gear tooth breaking load P shall act on the intersection of the gear pitch circle and the tooth surface, and shall be perpendicular to the gear section passing through this intersection. 4.5.2 The result calculation shall be carried out according to formula (1): Where: - single tooth breaking strength, MPa;| |tt||P—tooth breaking load, kg1 -tooth width.mm ——module, mm; Dream-tooth shape coefficient. 4.6 The manufacturing accuracy of gears shall be inspected according to the items listed in the table below. Tolerance group Inspection items 4.7 When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of gear product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the supplier. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage JB/T5091—91 5.1 The gears must be cleaned and oil-sealed before packaging, and then wrapped with strong and impermeable neutral paper. Then, several gears shall be placed in a hard basin. The box should be accompanied by technical instructions. The product certificate and instruction manual with the stamp of the technical inspector should be marked on the outside of the box: 8. Manufacturer's name and address: Product name, model and quantity: Packing date and anti-rust validity period. 5.2 Gears packed in cartons must be packed in dry packaging boxes with waterproof paper, and ensure that the parts are not damaged during normal transportation. The total weight of the box should be less than or equal to 20kg. The outside of the box should be marked: a. Manufacturer's name and address: Product name, model and quantity; Packing date, total weight, net weight, Sending address and name of the receiving unit: Volume of the packaging box, length×width×height+ mm. e. 5.3 Packaging mark According to the relevant provisions of GB191, the colorless paint, ink, etc. should be correctly selected and used, and sprayed on the box surface accurately and clearly. 5.4 After the gears are packaged, they should be stored in a ventilated, dry and corrosive material-free warehouse. Under normal circumstances, the manufacturer should ensure that the gears will not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.
