3.1 Gears shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The gear material is FTG60-20 sintered medium carbon steel and FTG70Cu3-35 sintered copper steel, and its requirements should comply with the provisions of JB2797. 3.3 Gear density

3.9 The radial runout of the gear cylindrical surface to the gear inner hole axis shall comply with the provisions of Table B2 of GB100953.10 The radial runout of the gear cylindrical surface to the gear matching hole (or shaft) surface shall comply with the provisions of Grade 8 in Table 1a of GB10095. 3.11 The axis parallelism tolerance of the gear pair and shall comply with the provisions of Table 9 of GB10095. 3.12 The limit deviation of the center distance of the gear pair ±J. shall comply with the provisions of Table 10 of GB10095. 3.13 The gear surface is not allowed to have defects such as peeling, cracks, pitting, bruises, inclusions and oxidation. 3.14 Within two years from the date of leaving the factory, the warranty period of the gear is 2000 hours under the condition of the user's correct use. 4.1 Each gear shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 4.2 The chemical composition and physical and mechanical properties of the gear material shall comply with the provisions of GB223.1 and GB4136. 4.3 The apparent hardness (oil content) shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB9097.1. 4.4 The density shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB5136. 4.5 Inspection of single tooth breaking strength
4.5.1 The inspection method is shown in the figure.
