1 Subject content and scope of application
HG/T2058.1-91
This standard specifies the structure and assembly type, parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of glass thermometer covers. This standard applies to thermometer covers for glass mixing vessels with nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0 MPa, medium temperature higher than -20℃ and lower than or equal to 20℃, equipped with anchor or frame agitators. It is also applicable to thermometer covers for mixing vessels equipped with paddle or impeller agitators, with nominal diameter of the container less than or equal to 500 mm. 2 Reference standards

3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions
3.1 Thermometer cover structure is divided into Type A There are two types: type A and type B. Type A is a thermometer sleeve without a temperature measuring head device. Its basic parameters and main dimensions are shown in Figure 1, Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, Table 5, and Table 6. Type B is a thermometer sleeve with a temperature measuring head device. Its minimum nominal diameter is dN50. Its basic parameters and main dimensions are shown in Figure 2, Table 1, Table 3, Table 4, and Table 5.
3.2 The installation methods of the thermometer sleeve are divided into type 1 and type 3, see Table 1.3.3 Marking:

4.3 After the B-type thermometer sleeve is assembled, it shall be subjected to a water pressure test together with the equipment installed according to the test pressure after the thermometer glass specified in Table 1 of GB7994 standard. The test pressure is the nominal pressure of the container installed, and the test result should show no leakage. 4.4 The material of the thermometer sleeve can be provided according to user needs, but it must be resistant to corrosion by the working medium. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The surface of the thermometer glass should be wrapped with soft objects and firmly fixed in the wooden box. 5.2 Collision is prohibited during handling or transportation, and the packaging box shall not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, a certificate of conformity and an instruction manual. 5.4 Products should be stored indoors, and are not allowed to be stacked or inverted in the open air. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Industrial Glass Porcelain Factory, and the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the State Pharmaceutical Administration participated in the drafting.
