This standard determines whether the filter element meets the parameters specified by the manufacturer through the determination of the fabrication jntegrity of the filter element, and clarifies whether the filter element can be further tested and applied.
1 Test device and test liquid

1.2 Use clean ethanol or another alternative liquid specified by the filter element manufacturer. 2 Test procedure
2.1 Check whether the filter element is consistent with the manufacturer's drawings. 2.2 Place the filter element in the bubble test device so that the axis of the filter element is parallel to the liquid surface. 2.3 When the room temperature is 15-40 ℃, immerse the filter element 12±3 mm below the liquid surface. 2. 4 Before the test, immerse the filter element in the liquid for 5 minutes to ensure that the filter element is wet. 2.5 Send pressurized air into the filter element and adjust the pressure to the value given by the filter element manufacturer! 2.6, Under the action of the air force specified in 2.5, slowly rotate the filter element around its axis by 360 degrees, and measure the water column height when the filter element begins to have continuous bubbles, which should not be lower than the positive force value specified by the manufacturer. 3
