HG/T2797.1--1996 This standard is a method standard, referring to the international standard 1SO1437-1985 "Rubber compounding agent--carbon black-determination of sieve residue". This standard is consistent with the principle of international standard IS01437. This standard uses the dry method to determine the sieve residue content of silicon aluminum carbon black, while the international standard uses the water washing method. Practice has proved that this method is completely feasible for controlling product quality. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China; this standard was issued by the Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; this standard was drafted by the Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; the main drafters of this standard are: Hu Kai and Li Yu. 1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of Chinawww.bzxz.net Determination of sieve residue of silicon aluminum carbon black This standard specifies the determination method of dry sieve residue of silicon aluminum carbon black. This standard is applicable to the determination of sieve residues of various types of silicon aluminum carbon black. 2 Reference standards HG / T 2797. 1 -- 1996 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When the standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. The parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB6003-85 Test sieve GB8170-87 Numerical rounding rules HG/T2796-1996 Silicon lead carbon black packaging, storage, transportation, sampling and acceptance 3 Principle Put a certain amount of silicon aluminum carbon black sample in the test sieve of the specified sieve number, and gently shake it with a hair, and the silicon aluminum carbon black sample passes through the test sieve. The residue left on the sieve is the sieve residue. 4.1 Test sieve The test sieve should be made of yellow steel, phosphor copper or stainless steel wire, and the bottom of the sieve should be smooth. The standard aperture of the sieve is 150um, which meets the requirements of GB6003. 4.2 Brush: flat, bristle length not less than 2cm, 4.3 Surface dish: *80mm, 4.4 Analytical balance: accurate to 0.0001 gram. 4.5 Industrial balance: accurate to 0.1g, 4.6 Exhaust equipment (see Figure 1) Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 10, 1996 and implemented on January 1, 1997 5 Sampling Connecting silicon aluminum carbon black collection hood HG/T 2797. 1~-1996 Figure 1 Schematic diagram of exhaust equipment According to Chapter 5 of HG/T2796-1996, 6 Steps Test sieve Test bench Exhaust duct 6.1 Weigh 20g of the sample, accurate to 0.1g, 6.2 Place a clean, dry test sieve with a pore size of 150um on the exhaust port of the exhaust equipment, pour the weighed sample into the test sieve, and start the exhaust fan. 6.3 Gently brush the sample in the sieve with a brush. If there are unloose silicon aluminum carbon black particles, you can use your fingers to rub them lightly to loosen them, and then continue to brush them gently with a brush until they cannot pass through. 64 Move the sieve residue that cannot pass through the sieve into the weighed surface blood, and use an analytical balance to weigh the pan, accurate to 0.0001g. T Result Expression 7.1 The result of the sieve residue is expressed as mass percentage and calculated according to the following formula: m,-mz Wherein: m The mass of the surface blood and sieve residue, g The mass of the surface blood, g; The mass of the silicon-aluminum effect black sample, 8. The test result shall be based on the second measurement result. 7.2 Test result selection 7.2.1 The test result shall be rounded to two decimal places and then approximated according to the relevant provisions of GB8170.10 Test report The test report shall include the following contents: No. of the standard on which the test is based Complete number and origin of the specimen; Determination of nesting: HG/T 2797.1-1996 Operation methods not specified in this standard; Record any abnormal phenomena that occur during the test.
