This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of agricultural tractor clutch covers and pressure plate assemblies. 3.1 The clutch cover and pressure plate assembly (hereinafter referred to as the cover and pressure plate assembly) shall comply with this standard requirements and manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures.
3.2 The non-working surfaces of the ferrous metal parts of the cover and pressure plate assembly should be treated with anti-rust treatment such as galvanizing, phosphating, oxidation or painting. 3.3 The separation levers should be grouped according to mass, and the difference in mass within the same group should not exceed 3g. 3.4 The cylindrical coil springs in the cover and pressure plate assembly should be grouped according to working pressure. The pressure difference of each spring in the same group at the same working height should not exceed 5%, and should be marked with different colors of paint. 3.5 The measured value of the load-deformation characteristic curve of the cover and pressure plate assembly with disc spring and diaphragm spring should comply with the product drawings. 3.6 After the cover and pressure plate assembly are assembled, when the top (finger) of the separation lever is pushed, the separation The lever should rotate flexibly without sticking. 3.7 Adjust the distance from the top end of the separation lever to the end face of the pressure plate, and it should comply with the requirements of the product drawing. The top of the separation lever should be in the same plane parallel to the working plane of the pressure plate, and the difference between them should not be greater than 0.25mm. For the diaphragm spring separation fingers, the height difference between them should not be large] o.8Q mm.
3.8 The cover and pressure plate should be statically balanced. The static unbalance measurement of the cover and pressure plate assembly shall comply with the requirements in Table 1. Table 1

3.9 The pressure plate pressing force of the cover and pressure plate assembly under the specified working condition is the same as specified in the product technical documents. The deviation from the nominal value should not be greater than ±8%.
3.10 After the cover and pressure plate assembly has passed the 1×10° separation mechanism durability test, the parts should not be damaged. The amount of decrease in the pressure plate's pressing force and the amount of wear on the top (finger) of the separation lever should comply with the requirements in Table 2. 3.11 If the user abides by the installation, maintenance and use of the tractor instruction manual, the warranty period shall be interspersed with the warranty period stipulated in the main unit. During the warranty period, the clutch cover and pressure plate assembly will be damaged by the manufacturer. If the product is damaged or cannot be used normally, the manufacturer will be responsible for repair, replacement and refund.
4 Inspection Rules
4.1 "Inspection
The product must be inspected by the manufacturer's quality inspection department before it can be released." The four items in Articles 3.6~~3.9 should be tested. 4.2 Type inspection
The cover and pressure plate assembly shall be inspected and bench tested according to the relevant provisions of NJ403 and NJ405. Article 3.53.73.10 shall be inspected and bench tested. 4.3 Regular spot inspections
For mass-produced products, every three months Articles 3.5, 3.7~~3.9 should be randomly inspected and tested. Bench testing of Article 3.10 shall be carried out every three years.
4.4 When the ordering unit randomly inspects the clutch cover and pressure plate assembly in accordance with this standard, the sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. Normal sampling is generally used. The general inspection level is II. However, the sampling plan and inspection level can also be agreed upon by both supply and demand parties based on the batch size. 5 Marking, packaging and storage
5.1 When each assembly leaves the factory, it should have a product certificate from the manufacturer and indicate the manufacturer's name or trademark (this is not allowed during the production of the main unit).
5.2 The assembly must be cleaned before packaging, and anti-rust measures should be taken on exposed processed surfaces, threads, etc. Then wrap it in a strong and waterproof neutral paper or plastic bag and fix it in the packaging box, along with the product certificate, packing list, and installation instructions. The certificate should include the following content:

5.4 The total weight of the packaging box generally does not exceed 50kg+ If the ordering unit agrees, simple packaging can be agreed upon by both parties. 5.5 The manufacturer should ensure that the product will not rust within 12 months from the date of shipment under good warehouse storage and normal custody conditions.
