Use the steel plates specified in GB/T1727 and carry out phosphating process after rust and oil removal. In this standard, except for the steel plates used for acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, heat and humidity resistance and adhesion test, the rest of the tests are conducted with tinplate plates. 4.1.2 Preparation of paint film
Put the treated test plate in the powder spray cabinet, spray it with a spray gun and other equipment, and keep the sprayed sample vertically and put it into a constant temperature drying oven with blast for curing (temperature controlled at 180±2℃, time 15min, coating thickness 50~60um), then place it in a constant temperature room for 24h, and then perform performance test according to relevant methods. 4.2 General conditions of test
4.2.1 Sampling
Perform according to GB3186.
4.2.2 State adjustment and test environment
Perform according to GB9278.
4.2.3 Determination of paint film thickness
Perform according to GB/T1764.
4.3 Determination of sieve residue
Weigh about 100g (accurate to 0.2g) of the sample, put the sample into a 125um (120 mesh) or agreed test sieve with a chassis, cover the sieve cover, and vibrate on an electric vibrator for 10 minutes. After the vibration stops, remove the sieve from the motor, carefully open the cover, and observe visually. The sample should all pass through the test sieve, and no sieve residue is allowed. 4.4 Paint film color and appearance
Perform in accordance with GB/T9761.
4.5 Hardness
Perform in accordance with GB/T6739, and slight marks are allowed. 4.6 Gloss
Perform in accordance with GB/T9754.
4.7 Adhesion
Perform in accordance with GB/T9286.
4.8 Bending test
Perform according to GB/T6742.
4.9 Impact resistance
Perform according to GB/T1732.
4.10 Acid resistance
bzsoso, cOHG/T2597-94
Prepare 3% HCl solution and perform according to Method A of GB/T9274. 4.11 Alkali resistance
Prepare 5% NaOH solution and perform according to Method A of GB/T9274. 4.12 Salt spray resistance
Perform according to GB/T1771 and be evaluated according to GB/T1740. 4.13 Moisture and heat resistance
Perform according to GB/T1740.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Among them, the seven items of sieve residue, paint film color and appearance, hardness, gloss, adhesion, bending test, and impact resistance are factory inspection items, and each batch must be inspected. Type inspection is carried out once a year during normal production. 5.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 5.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect in accordance with GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return it.
5.4 The product shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of GB3186. The sample shall be divided into two parts, one for sealed storage for future reference, and the other for inspection. 5.5 Both the supplier and the buyer shall check and verify the product packaging, quantity and marking. If any leakage, quantity discrepancy, or marking not in compliance with regulations is found, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. 5.6 When a dispute arises between the supplier and the buyer over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall conduct arbitration inspection. 6 Marking
Perform in accordance with GB/T9750.
7 Packaging, purchase, storage and transportation
7.1 Products shall be stored in clean, dry and sealed containers. When storing products, they shall be kept ventilated and dry, and protected from direct sunlight. They shall be isolated from fire and heat sources. In summer, if the temperature is too high (over 35°C), efforts shall be made to cool them down. 7.2 Products shall be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and shall comply with relevant regulations. 7.3 Products shall have an effective storage period of half a year from the date of production under the storage and transportation conditions of 7.1 and 7.2. If the storage period is exceeded, they may be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, they may still be used. 8 Safety Precautions
8.1 Powder coatings are in direct contact with humans for a long time, and ingestion is harmful to health. Therefore, personnel working in a powder environment should wear appropriate masks and protective clothing.
8.2 The production and construction of powder coatings should comply with relevant national work safety regulations. Additional notes:
