This standard specifies the classification and form, requirements, packaging methods and markings of shrink film packaging (simplified shrink packaging). The standard is applicable to all types of products sold in sales packaging and transport packaging. 2 Normative referenced documents

3 Terms and Definitions

5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 Determine the shrinkage and adjustment form, and package it according to the form requirements to achieve the expected effect. 5.1.2 The modified packaging with water distribution requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of B/7350. 5.1.3 The packaging should be used for external packaging. When used, it is required to select anti-rust packaging, anti-corrosion packaging and standard packaging for product storage and transportation, and comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T504K, T/T4879, CR/T472%. 5.1. The packaging should ensure that the packaging will not be broken during transportation, causing loss or damage. 5.1.5 After shrink packaging, the product package should be kept intact and not damaged. 5.2 Material requirements
5.2.1 The shrink packaging material should have better heat resistance and shear strength: 5.2.2 The thickness of the shrink film should be uniform, and the heat resistance and shrinking temperature should be suitable for the packaged product. 5.2.3 The shrinking speed in the longitudinal direction is generally about 50%; the shrinking rate of a single shrinking stock is 23~50%. The shrinkage rate, shrinkage ratio and other indicators should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1351U2
5.2.4 The relationship between shrinking temperature and shrinkage rate can be found in Appendix 4 to select packaging materials. CB/T197842005
5.2.5 When selecting materials, the shrinkage, elongation, lubricity, transmittance and optical properties of the materials shall be determined according to the requirements of new packaging products. The physical and mechanical properties shall comply with the relevant provisions of GBT13519. 5.2.E For food products that are directly connected to the shrink packaging materials, shall the shrink packaging materials comply with the relevant production standards? When shrink packaging samples are used to package waste, the relevant provisions of (1H/16716) should be kept on the material disposal surface. 5.3 Environmental requirements
5.3.1 Operating environment

The shrink warehouse should be equipped with relevant safety regulations. 6 Shrink packaging method
6.1 Preparation of shrink packaging
6.1.1 Product
Determine the sensitivity of the product to changes during packaging and its compatibility with packaging materials. 6.1.2 Materials
The selected materials should be subjected to shrink packaging tests to examine the shrinkage and the impact of the packaging materials on the product. 6.1.3 Equipment
Select appropriate products for shrink packaging. Shrink packaging machine. 6.1.4 Heating speed
According to the adaptability and material of the production, the heating can be selected: electric heating, gas heating, water heating and flame, and the temperature and temperature can be adjusted according to the nature of the heat source.
6.2L type shrink packaging
Use folded PVC, PF, PP bidirectional shrink film, after completing the horizontal and vertical shrinking, the shrinking machine completes the shrinking package: after the package is inspected, the film is evenly shrunk, flat, without load, without damage, and the items are connected. 6.3 Simple shrink packaging
Use upper and lower PVC.PE single film to form an equal makeup, and then seal or overlap, and the shrinking package is completed: after packaging, the film is evenly shrunk, flat, without damage, and the two shrink lines are tightened! The joint part is firmly fixed 6.4 Pillow type shrink packaging
Small items use a single roll of thin film to pass through the former for horizontal sealing, and then pass through the heat shrink packaging machine to complete the packaging. The thin film shrinks evenly, without damage, half-rolled, wrinkled, and the sealed and cut parts are produced. The larger items are then put through the former for horizontal sealing, and then through the heat shrink packaging machine to complete the shrink packaging. The packaging convex film shrinks evenly, without plating damage, and is tight. The sealed parts are secured by marking or connecting.6.5 Four-way shrink packaging
Use the upper and lower two pieces of film to wrap and secure the four parts: forming a seal: completing the shrink packaging through the heat shrink packaging machine, after packaging, the thin film shrinks evenly, without damage, half-rolled, and wrinkled, and the sealed parts are secured. 6.6 Foil packaging for pallets

Test method
7.1 Shrink packaging dynamic performance test
7.1.1 Swing and swing test
