3.1 The mower shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 Main performance indicators and reliability
3.2.1 The type and basic parameters of the mower shall comply with the provisions of GB10940. 3.2.2 The cutting height shall be adjustable, and the minimum cutting height shall not exceed 80mm. 3.2.3 The safety requirements of the mower shall comply with the provisions of ZBB92008. GB/T 15373- 94
3.2.4 The service life of the mower shall not be less than 5 years. For mounted mowers, the annual harvesting rate is calculated based on 70ha of grass per meter of cutting width. For trailed mowers and semi-mounted mowers, the annual harvesting rate is calculated based on 80ha of grass per meter of cutting width. 3.3 Main parts of the cutter 3.3.1 The blade guard of the cutter shall be manufactured according to the I type specified in GB1210. 3.3.2 The moving blade, fixed blade and knife bar shall be manufactured according to the I type specified in GB1211. 3.3.3 The blade pressure shall be manufactured according to the I type specified in GB1213. 3.3.4 The friction plate shall be manufactured according to the I type specified in GB1213. The State Administration of Technical Supervision approved the 208 standard on December 27, 1994 and implemented on July 1, 1995. GB/T15373-94 3.3.5 The selection of the material of the blade guard beam shall meet the use requirements. It is recommended to use the 45# steel specified in GB699 or other materials with mechanical properties not lower than 45# steel. 3.3.6 The blade guard beam is made of 45# steel and tempered. The hardness is HB260~352. 3.3.7 When the blade guard beam is equal to or greater than 2m in length, a flexure test is required. Fix the wider end and add a load to the other end to make the deflection reach 5% of the total length. Keep it for 3min. When the load is removed, no residual deformation is allowed. 3.3.8 The cutter head should be made of KTH330-08 malleable cast iron specified in GB9440. 3.3.9 The inner sliding palm should be made of KTH330-08 specified in GB9440. It is allowed to be made of other materials with mechanical properties not lower than the specified ones.
3.4 ​​Cutter Assembly
3.4.1 The moving blade should be firmly and tightly riveted to the shank. The local gap between the contact surfaces shall not exceed 0.1mm, but no gap is allowed at the riveted joint.
3.4.2 The working planes of the moving blades riveted on the arbor shall be on the same plane, and the flatness tolerance shall not exceed 0.5mm. .3.4.3 The fixed blade shall be firmly and tightly riveted to the blade guard. The local gap between the contact surfaces shall not exceed 0.5mm, but no gap is allowed at the riveted joint, and the rivet head shall not protrude from the surface of the fixed blade. 3.4.4 The cutting edge of the fixed blade shall extend evenly on both sides of the blade guard, and the symmetry tolerance shall not exceed 2mm. 3.4.5 The blade guard shall be firmly and tightly assembled on the blade guard beam, and the local gap between the contact surfaces shall not exceed 0.3mm. 3.4.6 The side wings of two adjacent blade guards shall fit together, and the gap shall not exceed 0.5mm3.4.7
The position tolerance of the tips of two adjacent blade guards shall not exceed 5mm. 3.4.8 In the installed cutter, measure the working surfaces of three adjacent fixed blades in turn, and the flatness tolerance shall not exceed 0.5mm. 3.4.9 The inner and outer sliding palms shall be firmly and tightly assembled on the blade guard beam, and the local gap of their contact surface shall not exceed 1mm. 3.4.10 The gap between the blade pressure device and the moving blade shall not exceed 0.5mm. 3.4.11 When the cutter is at the two extreme positions on the cutter, the center line of the moving blade and the center line of the blade guard shall coincide, and the deviation shall not exceed 5mm.
3.4.12 When the center line of the moving blade on the cutter in the cutter coincides with the center line of the fixed blade, the front end of the moving blade shall contact the fixed blade, and a gap of no more than 0.5mm is allowed, but the number shall not exceed 1/3 of the total number. There shall be a gap of 0.3~1.5mm at the rear. 3.4.13 After the cutter is installed, the cutter shall be able to move freely by hand when pushed and pulled, and there shall be no jamming. 3.4.14 The cutter of the mower should be equipped with a tilt adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment range of the elevation and depression angles should not be less than 9°. The elevation angle of the mower driven by the ground wheel should not be less than 8°, and the depression angle should not be less than 2.5
3.5 Assembly
3.5.1 The mower should be equipped with a device to adjust the force of the sliding palm on the ground. The force of the inner sliding palm on the ground should be 200~350N, and the force of the outer sliding palm on the ground should be 100~200N.
3.5.2 When the mower is working, the cutter should be able to adapt to the undulation of the ground, and its lifting range should meet the following requirements: a. The cutter of the suspension mower should rise or fall by no less than 180mm relative to the support surface of the tractor wheel; the cutter of the traction mower or semi-suspension mower should rise by no less than 200mm and fall by no less than 150mm relative to the support surface of the mower wheel or tractor wheel; the cutter of the ground-wheel-driven mower should rise by no less than 200mm and fall by no less than 100mm relative to the support surface of the driving wheel.
3.5.3 When the lifting and lowering mechanism of the mower lifts the cutter to the maximum lift, the lifting height of the lowest point of the inner slide relative to the support surface shall be no less than 200mm.
3.5.4 The outer end of the cutter of the mower should extend forward, and the angle perpendicular to the forward direction shall be no less than 1°. 3.5.5 The grass guard should ensure that there is no cut grass in the area 300mm inward from the center line of the outer slide. When the outer slide is raised, a device should be provided to limit the downward rotation of the grass guard.

3.5.6 The bolts fixing the blade guard and the slide should be manufactured according to the 4.8~5.8 grade specified in GB3098.1 and should be rust-proofed. 3.5.7 The protruding part of the bolt fixing the blade guard shall not exceed two pitches and shall not be lower than the nut. When tightening the nut, the bolt shall not rotate in the blade guard.

The performance test and production test of lawn mowers shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of NJ279. The inspection of other items of lawn mowers shall be carried out in accordance with conventional methods.

Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 4.2.1 Factory inspection
4.2.1.1 The lawn mower shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and shall be in compliance with the product quality certificate before it can be shipped. 4.2.1.2 The lawn mower is inspected in batches of N=9~~16 units. Select n=2 units from the batch for idling test, the test time shall not be less than 30 minutes, and the following requirements shall be met:
The machine shall run smoothly, the operating device shall be flexible, accurate and reliable, and there shall be no jamming or abnormal sound; a.
The connection of the connectors and fasteners shall be firm, and the clearance of each operating part shall be normal; b.
The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 25℃, and oil leakage is not allowed in each sealing part. 4.2.1.3 The lawn mowers for export shall be subjected to loading operation test, and the pressure of the blade press on the blade shall be increased as a simulation test. 4.2.1.4 If any unqualified items are found during the factory test, they are allowed to be repaired and can only be shipped after all items are qualified. 4.2.2 Type inspection

5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The lawn mower must be fixed with a permanent label in a conspicuous place, including: a.
Product model and name;
Manufacturer name;
Product factory number and date of manufacture.
The lawn mower for export should be marked with words such as "Made in China ×XXX Factory". The lubrication points, transmission system, adjustment parts, etc. of the lawn mower can be marked in conspicuous places as needed. 5.2
Random accessories, spare parts and tools should be complete. 5.3
5.4 Each lawn mower should be accompanied by the following documents before leaving the factory: a.
Product instruction manual;
Product quality certificate;
Packing list.
The documents accompanying the lawn mowers for export shall comply with the requirements of the order form of the foreign trade department. 5.5 Anti-rust measures shall be taken for the exposed processed surfaces before packaging. 5.6 Product packaging shall comply with the relevant regulations of the railway and other transportation departments. For loose lawn mowers, the blades shall not be exposed. 5.7 The lawn mowers shipped in packaging boxes shall be fixed in the box and shall not move. Rainproof measures shall be taken for the packaging boxes. 5.8 The lawn mowers can be transported by train or car. The products shall be protected from damage during loading and unloading. 5.9 The lawn mowers can be stored in a dry warehouse or shed as a whole, or they can be disassembled into several parts for storage. If the user complies with the conditions specified in the instruction manual prepared by the manufacturer, within one year from the date of delivery, if the product is damaged and cannot work properly due to poor quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge.
