Notice on the release of the national standard
"Construction Water Supply, Drainage and Heating Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Code"
Jianbiao [2002] No. 62
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's "Notice on Issuing the <1995-1996 National Standard Formulation and Revision Plan for Engineering Construction>" (Jianbiao [1996] No. 4), Liaoning Provincial Construction Department and relevant departments jointly revised the "Construction Water Supply, Drainage and Heating Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Code". Our Ministry organized relevant departments to review the code and now approved it as a national standard, numbered GB50242-2002, which will be implemented on April 1, 2002. Among them, 3.3.2, 3.3.16, 4.1.2, 4.2.3, 4.3.1, 5.2.1, 8.2.1, 8.3.1, 8.5.1, 8.5.2, 8.6.1, 8.6.3, 9.2.7, 10.2.1, 11.3.3, 13.2.6, 13.4.1, 13.4.4, 13.5.3, 13.6.1 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly enforced. The relevant parts of "heating and sanitary engineering" in the original "Construction and Acceptance Specification for Heating and Sanitary Engineering" GBJ242-82 and "Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard for Building Heating, Sanitary and Gas Engineering" GBJ302-88 are abolished at the same time. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management and interpretation of the mandatory provisions of this specification, the Shenyang Urban and Rural Construction Committee is responsible for the interpretation of the specific technical content, and the Standard and Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction organizes the China Building Industry Press to publish and distribute it. This specification is revised based on the spirit of the document Construction Standard [1996] No. 4 of our Ministry, edited by Liaoning Provincial Construction Department and Shenyang Urban and Rural Construction Committee in conjunction with relevant units from the "Heating and Sanitary Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specification" GBJ242-82 and "Building Heating, Sanitary and Gas Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard" GBJ302-88.
During the revision process, the code compilation team conducted special research, carried out relatively extensive investigations and studies, summarized the experience of design, materials and construction of building water supply, drainage and heating projects for many years, and carried out comprehensive revisions in accordance with the principle of "separation of inspection and evaluation, strengthening acceptance, improving means and process control", adding quality standards and inspection methods for the installation of building greywater system and swimming pool water system, heat exchange station installation, low-temperature hot water floor radiant heating system and new materials (such as composite pipes, plastic pipes, copper pipes, new radiators, quick-install pipe fittings, etc.), and widely solicited opinions from relevant units across the country in various ways, repeatedly revised the main issues, and finalized them in August 2001 after review.
This code mainly stipulates the division of project quality acceptance, and the procedures and organization should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the national standard "Uniform Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" GB50300; proposes the inspection and testing content of the use function; and lists the quality inspection methods for the main control items and general items in each sub-project. This code may need to be partially revised in the future, and the information and provisions of the relevant partial revisions will be published in the "Engineering Construction Standardization" magazine.
The provisions marked in boldface in this specification are mandatory and must be strictly enforced. In order to improve the quality of the specification, all units should pay attention to summarizing experience and accumulating data in the process of implementing this specification, and feedback relevant opinions and suggestions to the Shenyang Urban and Rural Construction Committee and the National Standard "Construction Quality Acceptance Specification for Water Supply, Drainage and Heating Engineering" Management Group (Address: 8F, Building, No. 115, Zongzhan Road, Heping District, Shenyang, Postal Code: 110002 EMAIL:
