Qualified products
Must have the luster of pearl palace, and obvious pearl powder particles are allowed to exist
Based on the color plate, obvious color unevenness is not allowed
Coarse powder particles exist, but they must not be serious. Uneven color is allowed, but it must not be different. In each piece, the total area of obvious cloud flowers shall not exceed one-fifth of the total area of the piece
and shall not exceed two-fifths of the total area of the piece
In each piece, the total area of shrinkage marks shall not exceed one-twentieth of the total area of the piece
In an area of 500 mmx500 mm, there shall be no more than one bubble with a diameter less than m (if there is
greater than 5 mnm When bubbles exist, the sum of all bubble diameters shall not exceed 20mm)
Meteors and spots are allowed to exist slightly sparsely. In an area of 500mm×500mm, the number of impurities with a diameter less than 5 mm shall not exceed 10
Not allowed to exist obviously
Not allowed to exist obviously
Background objects shall not be shown during perspective
Not allowed
Not allowed to exist obviously
Exceed one tenth of the total area of the film
In an area of 500m×500mm, the number of bubbles with a diameter less than 5 mm shall not exceed 20 (If bubbles larger than 5mm exist, the sum of all bubble diameters shall not exceed 40mm)
Meteors and spots are allowed to exist densely on one side and obviously. In an area of 500mm×500mm, the number of impurities with a diameter less than 5mm shall not exceed 20
Allowed to exist obviously, but shall not seriously affect light selection.Allowed to exist obviously. However, it shall not seriously affect the gloss and the background shall not be clearly visible when transparent. Not allowed. Not allowed to be obvious. Note: ① If there are defects between the two sides of the plate, the defect severity shall be taken as the standard. If the defects in items (3) to (6) of Table 2 exist on a plate at the same time, the area occupied by the defects shall not exceed one-fifth of the first-class products, and the area occupied by qualified products shall not exceed two-fifths. Defects within 20mm from the edge of the original plate are not counted. ③ When the plate area is greater than or less than 500mm×500mm, the defect index can be increased or decreased in proportion. ④ Special technical requirements shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 4.3 Physical and mechanical properties
Physical and mechanical properties shall meet the requirements of Table 3,
Gregg hardness (M scale)
Tensile strength, MPa
5 Test methods
5.1 Appearance inspection
HG/ T 2713 —95
First-class products
Qualified products
The appearance quality inspection is carried out in a room with sufficient natural light, 300-400mm away from the product, and inspected by visual method at any angle
5.2 Dimension measurement
5.2.1 The length and width are measured with a measuring tool with an accuracy of 1mm. 5.2.2 The thickness shall be measured with a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.1mm. Five points are measured on each board surface at a distance of more than 100mm from the edge (one point is measured on each of the four sides and the middle). Each measured value shall not exceed the tolerance range specified in the standard. 5.3 Determination of Rockwell hardness
Greeley hardness shall be tested in accordance with GB/T9342. 5.4 Determination of tensile strength
Tensile strength shall be tested in accordance with GB/T1039 and GB/T1040. Sample condition adjustment and test shall be carried out in accordance with GB2918 at 23±2°C and normal humidity. The sample condition adjustment time before the test shall be not less than 4h. The tensile speed is 15mm/min.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Casting type pearlescent organic glass sheets are polymerized in one drying room for one time, or in one water tank for one box. 6.2 The sampling unit is sheet. When conducting physical and mechanical property tests, one plate is randomly selected from every 10 batches of plates for testing. 6.3 The products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the specifications and technical requirements specified in this standard. The products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 6.4 In this standard, appearance and dimensional tolerance are inspection items for leaving the factory. Each batch and each plate shall be inspected. The hardness and tensile strength in Table 3 are sampling inspection items. Every 10 batches shall be inspected once. 6.5 The user has the right to inspect and accept the received products within one month in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6.6 If any item of the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, double samples shall be re-drawn from the batch of products for re-inspection of the unqualified items, and the grades shall be determined according to the re-inspection results. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the index requirements, samples shall be taken batch by batch for re-inspection. If it still fails to meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be treated as a defective product.
6.7 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality, they may resolve the dispute through negotiation or the statutory quality inspection department may conduct arbitration. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
Each package shall have a clear and firm mark indicating the product name, specification, trademark, grade, batch number, color, weight, production date, manufacturer name and inspection personnel code as well as standard number. The sending unit, manufacturer name and words such as "Handle with care" shall be indicated on the packaging box.
HG / T 2713 — 95
7.2 Packaging
Pearl luster plexiglass sheets should be packed with paper, boxes or other materials. The inside of the box should be filled with cushioning materials and a packing list should be attached.
7.3 Transportation
Pearl luster plexiglass sheets should be kept clean during transportation and should not come into contact with organic solvents. Be careful and efficient when handling to avoid damaging the packaging and the product.
·This product is not a dangerous item.
7.4 Storage
Pearl luster organic glass sheets should be stored in a ventilated and dry room. During storage, they should not be stored together with organic solvents. Additional remarks:
