Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Determination of ash content of color formers
Photographic chemicals
Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the determination method of ash content of color formers. This standard is applicable to color formers used in the production of color films, color films and color photographic papers. 2 Method Summary
The sample is carbonized and burned at low temperature to constant weight. 3 Instruments or equipmentbZxz.net
3.1 High temperature protection: 800±50℃,
3.2 Balance: sensitivity is 0.1mg.
3.3 Earth: 50~100mL porcelain crucible
3.4 Dryer: filled with color-changing silica gel or anhydrous calcium chloride. 4 Determination method
HG2256-91
Weigh 1g of sample, accurate to 0.01g, place in a crucible with constant weight, and slowly heat on an electric furnace in a fume hood. After the sample is completely carbonized, move it into a high-temperature furnace and burn it at 800±50℃ to constant weight (about 4h). The difference between two consecutive results at constant weight is no more than 0.0004g.
5 Calculation of determination results
The mass percentage X of ash is calculated as follows: X
Where: m
-the mass of the crucible plus the residue, g;
m2-the mass of the crucible, g;
mthe mass of the sample, g.
Parallel determination was performed three times, and the range should not be greater than ±0.04%. The results were averaged. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 28, 199110
The standard was approved by mm.b2eoeo.ctm and implemented on July 1, 1992
