In recent years, ultraviolet curing wood coatings have developed rapidly in my country, but no national standard or industry standard for this product has been formulated. In order to stabilize and improve the quality of this product, meet the needs of the domestic market, and adapt to technical and economic exchanges, this standard is specially formulated. This standard is formulated based on the product quality of major domestic manufacturers of ultraviolet curing wood coatings. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both appendices to the standard. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Pigments. The drafting units of this standard are: China Resources Paint Factory Co., Ltd., Shunde City, Guangdong Province, and Changzhou Paint Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The main drafters of this standard are: Yao Juan, Liu Jiyuan, Liu Hong, Jie Yushan, Wen Jinsong, and Li Feng. I

Use the method in 6.2 or 6.4.2 of GB/T1727-1992. You can also use a wire rod applicator or coating method to paint. 4.1.3.1 Preparation of single-layer paint film test board:
After the test board is painted, let it stand for 1min to 10min (the specific time shall be specified in the product standard), and then use a UV curing device to cure. 4.1.3.2 Preparation of composite layer test board:
&) Composite of UV curing topcoat and non-UV curing primer Select and apply non-UV curing primer according to the regulations of the production unit, and then apply topcoat and use UV curing device to cure. Coating users may also choose non-photocuring primers, but they should conduct compatibility tests with photocuring topcoats to confirm that the selected primer and photocuring topcoat composite system meet the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard. b) Composite of UV-curing topcoat and UV-curing primer Apply one coat of primer to the surface-treated test panel, cure it with a UV-curing device, and then use 400 sandpaper to grind the test panel flat according to the provisions of 3.4 in GB/T9271-1988; apply one coat of primer in the same way, cure, grind, and finally apply topcoat, and cure it with a UV-curing device.
4.1.3.3 When preparing light-cured paint films, the following parameters of the UV curing device should be recorded: number of UV lamps, emission wavelength range of the lamps, lamp type (such as medium-pressure mercury lamps), lamp linear power, lamp tube length, lamp power, lamp usage time, irradiation distance, and reflector shape. Other parameters should be added if necessary.
4.1.3.4 After the test plate is made, it shall be conditioned for 24 hours under the standard environmental conditions specified in GB9278 before various tests are carried out. 4.1.4 Paint film thickness and coating amount
The paint film thickness shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13452.2, and the coating amount shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B. Unless otherwise specified, when the test plate is a glass plate, the dry paint film thickness is: primer (18 ± 3) μm, topcoat (13 ± 3) μm, and the paint film thickness of the abrasion resistance test is (45 ± 5) μm.
When the test plate is a three-ply board, the coating amount is calculated based on the dry film: the coating amount of the primer is (30~40) g/m2, the total coating amount of the primer in the composite coating is (30~40) g/m2, and the coating amount of the topcoat is (20~30) g/m2. 4.2 State in the container
Visually observe after opening the container. A small amount of precipitation is allowed at the bottom of the container. After stirring with a spatula, it can be defined as "uniform state after stirring" when it is easy to mix evenly.
4.3 Fineness
Measured in accordance with GB/T1724.
4.4 Curing speed
It can be measured with a single UV lamp or a UV curing device on a production line. The measurement unit is s or m/min. The determination of paint film drying is carried out according to Method A in Chapter 3 of GB/T1728-1979 (1989). 4.5 Appearance of paint film
Visual observation.
4.6 Gloss
Measured according to the provisions of GB/T9754, with an incident angle of 60.4.7 Cross-hatch test
The cross-hatch test between the primer and the substrate (1mm spacing) and between the composite layer and the substrate (2mm spacing) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9286. 4.8 Hardness
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T1730-1993. 4.9 Water resistance
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the method A of GB/T9274.
The test water shall meet the requirements of grade 3 water in GB/T6682. 4.10 Alcohol resistance
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the method A of GB/T9274.
4.11 Abrasion resistance
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1768.
4.12 Dry heat resistance
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4893.3. 4.13 Determination of test results
The test results shall be determined according to the rounded value comparison method in GB/T1250. 3

Appendix A
(Standard Appendix)
Maple face plywood
In order to ensure that the clean surface of the treated maple face plywood is not directly touched by hand or in contact with other dirt before painting, it should usually be handled with clean gloves.
A1 Scope
This appendix specifies the maple face plywood used in UV-curing wood paint and the surface treatment procedures before painting. A2 Test board
A2.1 Materials
The moisture content of the test board is less than 12% (tested according to GB/T1931). The maple surface is required to be flat, smooth, oil-free, free of knots, joints and other defects, and the texture should be consistent with the length direction of the board. The thickness of the test board is (2.5~4.0) mm, and the other dimensions of the test board should comply with the provisions of the test method. A2.2 Surface treatment of the test board
The maple surface of the test board should be used as the coating surface. Wipe the dust on the test board with a dry cloth, and use No. 0 sandpaper or No. 200 water sandpaper to grind the test board flat according to the operating procedures specified in 3.4 of GB/T9271-1988. Wipe the dust on both sides and edges of the test board with a dry cloth, and store it in an environment with a temperature of (23±2)℃ and a relative humidity of (50±5)% for more than one week.
Before using the test board, the dust on the board surface should be wiped clean. Appendix B
