Figure 1 Type N 4.2.1 Code Composition Figure 2 Type N The code of roller bearing is composed of the type code N of the roller bearing and the number of millimeters representing the nominal inner diameter of the roller bearing. The change of internal structure, size and material of the roller bearing is indicated by adding a suffix code. The suffix codes and their meanings specified in this standard are as follows: [)·Indicates that the internal structure is changed, chiseled ring type. 1-Indicates that the width dimension of the bearing is changed. If it is changed multiple times, a digital subscript is marked under the code! .2, for example! . 1…/HC Indicates that the ring and the moving body are made of 20CrMo or other carburized steel. 4.2.2 Code examples JB/T 8568 N19.2 indicates a cylindrical roller bearing for a sealing ring type conveyor chain with an inner diameter of 19.2mm. N 30.3 D/HC: indicates a four-way roller bearing for a retaining ring type conveyor chain made of 20crMo or other carburized steel with an inner diameter of 30.3mm. Rolling bearing N19.2JB/T8568--1997bZxz.net Rolling bearing N 28.2[.JB/T 8568-~1997The overall dimensions of roller bearings are recommended to adopt the dimensions in Table A1 of Appendix A (Suggestive Appendix) 6 Technical requirements 6.1 Materials and heat treatment 6.1.1 Materials The materials of the inner and outer rings, circles, rollers and retaining rings of roller bearings are generally made of GCrI5 steel. However, 2.Ao and other carburizing steels can be used for some special occasions. 6.1.2 Heat treatment The hardness of the inner ring, outer ring, retaining ring and cylindrical roller after heat treatment should be 52~56HRC and 51~581HR respectively, and the microstructure should be a long body or a corresponding mixed structure. Other heat treatment technical requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of 5.1.3 in JB1255-91. When 200rMo and other carburizing steels are used, surface carburizing heat treatment is required. The inner ring, outer ring, retaining ring and cylindrical roller have a surface hardness of 54~58HRC and 5660HRC respectively after heat treatment, and the core hardness is 30~40HRC. The effective depth of the surface carburized layer, microstructure and other heat treatment technical requirements shall comply with 2.BJ36001 6.2 Specifications Bearing tolerances shall be in accordance with the specifications in Table 1 and Table 2. If the user has special requirements, they can be determined through consultation with the manufacturer. Measurement method 7.1 Tolerance||t t||The tolerance measurement of roller bearings shall be determined according to the measurement principle of GB/T307.2. 7.2 Surface roughness The measurement of the surface roughness of roller bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7051. 7.3 Clearance The measurement of the radial clearance of roller bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of JIB3/T3573. 7.4 Heat treatment quality When the roller shaft is made of GCr15 steel, the inspection of its quality after heat treatment shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB1255. When the roller bearing is made of 20CrMo or other carburizing steel, the inspection of the carburized layer depth and heat treatment quality shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZB13G001. 7.5 Residual magnetism The detection of the minimum residual magnetism limit of the roller shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/TGG41. 682 8 Mark JB/T 8568..-1997 The marking of roller bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3574. 9 Inspection rules 9.1 The finished roller bearings shall be inspected by the quality management department of the manufacturer, and a quality certificate shall be attached after passing the inspection. 9.2 The sampling and judgment of the finished roller bearings shall be in accordance with ZBJ11.020 Regulations for finished Class A rolling bearings. Inspection level is as per general inspection level II, and inspection items are as per Table 6.
