10S 47.020. 20 Registration No.: 11139-2003Www.bzxZ.net Ship Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CB/T3924—2002 Replaces CB/3924-1999 Receiving inspection of materials for marine This standard is a revision of CB/T3924-1999 "Incoming Inspection of Raw Materials for Marine Sheath Boilers". CB/T3924-2002 (3/T3924-1999 was directly adjusted from 23U41005-90 in June 1999 according to the "Notice on the Adjustment of Marine Special Standards and Relevant National Standards to Industry Standards after Rectification" issued by the Standardization Department of the State Administration of Technical Supervision and the General Administration of Shipping (Asia). This standard is consistent with CB/T3924-1 Compared with 1999, the following modifications are made: a) The scope of application of the standard is changed to the factory inspection of raw materials for marine boilers with a design pressure not exceeding 9.8MPa and a medium turbidity not exceeding 540°C; h) The original requirement of complying with the CCS classification society specifications is extended to comply with the requirements of relevant classification society specifications; the requirement of ultrasonic testing of alloy steel plates is added; l) The requirement of spectral testing of alloy steel materials is added; e) In the evaluation criteria column of each table, in addition to the material standards, the requirements of relevant classification society specifications are added; f) The sampling of mechanical properties is also extended to the requirements of relevant classification regulations. This standard replaces CB/T39241999 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of China Shipbuilding Industry Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute. The main drafting units of this standard are: Zhangjiagang Hailu Shazhou Boiler Co., Ltd., CCS Nanjing Branch, China Shipbuilding Industry Association Technical and Economic Research Institute, Qingdao Marine Boiler Co., Ltd., CCS Qingdao Branch. The main drafters of this standard are Liu Guoliang, Yue Pingqiang, Bao Zhen, Zhong Caixin, Qiu Yudong, Hu Guangfu and Che Rui. This standard was first issued in April 1990 and is a direct adjustment from ZBU41005-90. Scope Incoming inspection of raw materials for marine boilers CB/T 3924-2002 This standard specifies the incoming inspection requirements, sample quantity, test methods and inspection rules for the main raw materials (hereinafter referred to as standard materials) such as steel plates, steel pipes, plated steel, round steel and welding materials used for pressure components of marine boilers: This standard applies to 1 marine boiler materials with a design pressure not exceeding 9.8h and a medium temperature not exceeding 40℃; 2 Normative referenced documents The relevant provisions in the following normative documents become the provisions of this standard through the non-application of this standard.
